I want to love this game even like it but even after so long you cant load into a save in game you have to leave the game and come back in! If you delete your starting engine with not enough money to get any other one. With out Restarting the game its a complete failed save. PLEASE if i delete something that cost money to get make it to where I get at least half the money back. Please fix the bug sending me into pitch blackness every time I load into a save. Please make the hand cart be able to push unloaded level 1 cars. Please let me lock into the stations at the track height I am at. If you Love trains and realistic interiors this is a game for you. If you don't have the patience of a one legged turtle go some where else. I get when I picked slow and powerful that's in the name but dear goodness sooooooooo slow! Better yet it no longer gives me the option to choose. So I'm stuck with the betty. Please let us have access to more game setting like the amount of money you receive from the stations or even the ability to speed up in game time for solos cause listening to the same music over and over going at a turtles pace with 20 logs behind you isn't what I would call exciting. There only so many times you can blow the whistle before it get old. Sorry for the rambling I just spent the rest of my night for jack in return.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I do like the for being able to build and run your own railway. In that it is rather fun. Ultimatley tough it is a rather bad and frustrating if you want to make things realistic. On no map so far was I able to link up all industry when trying to stay with a gradient or curves that would be manageable by trains. Some industry on the map even require ridicoules gradients right after the loading area. I was looking at the prelaid maps to see if was just not able to find the right way, but they laid the tracks just as ridiculous as the maps suggested, leaving me with crazy bridge systems just to get to a logging camp. This really shows that the developers are most likely not having a clue in regards of realism. Further it seems this was abandoned at version 1 and only serves as a huge hint for me: No more from this developer.
This game needs beter optimization
Its very disappointing that after so many years of development, they still have not fixed the stability issues with this game. Its very difficult to play the game and progress a save when the game crashes every 15 minutes for no discernible reason.
buggy, incomplete mess that, like the first game (yes this is the 2nd game which feels like a sequel and more like the first game again but slightly more finished) is basically abandoned at this point just don't buy this and get other games instead. id recommend derail valley and railroader or wait for century of steam which is the most similar to this game
I was so excited when I first heard about RRO, a realistic sandbox where you can lay your own track and its 3ft narrow gauge? Sign me up! But after the twists and turns of development and the 1.0 release, this isn't it. Bugs that have been in for months remain unfixed while new locomotives and meaningless assets are added. This isn't so much a simulation, but a weird arcade sandbox that is a shell of the potential it had. It is possible to have fun here, but I've lost faith in the project.
super glichy
This game would be good if the Devs actually carred about fixing their game. But it's been over a year now without any communication from the Devs. I recommend you go play Century of steam or the railroader if you want something similar
It was good but seems to be abandonded
never get this game
