Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.88/day in the week to Jul 21 → 2.8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

it has trainz
Friend wanted me to play this with them, I love Derail Valley a lot and we tried the multiplayer mod but it didn't work super well, They suggested Railroader, It is fun to drive the trains but this game really feels like a Model Railway game if that makes sense. you're sitting there with your controller drive your trains from above more then in first person as its kinda clunky. Also i kinda wish i could toggle the management side of it off. i don't personally enjoy it myself so my friend who has WAY More hours then me host the world and does all that clunky menus as i just do not really understand it that well. its way easier for him to do it and just say "hey go bring this from Point A to Point B" if you're just looking for a single player train driving sim game i think derail valley is better. but if you're looking for a multiplayer game to mess around with friends in driving your choo choos then this is prob the best it gets. Coming from Railroads online this is a much better step in train driving game i must say. Solid 7/10 train game

Just wondering as its been out for a while if theres going to be any updates or new content for the game, got released in 2023 and its still classed as early access..... Its on the right tracks just as long as the devs actually wanna keep people playing and introducing new gameplay and DLC
best game ever, i would like a 30s metropolitan city with like maybe the NYC Mercury or such, and maybe make it so we dont have to use like Rail Loader for mods, also, maybe steam deck compatibility so we dont need to use a keyboard attached, and on steam deck it is laggy, but besides that, great game, 4.9 stars
This is one of the most realistic railroading games on steam.
Trian game is fun for me.
i love this game, that i do as a job
I must say that the devs have done a great job recreating what running a railroad would be like. From operating age of steam locomotives to the diesels, you have the best of both worlds. Though in early access, it shows allot of promise with what is to come. If you are into trains the least little bit I wouldn't hesitate on picking this up. For their first showing it's worth it.
amazing game cant stop playing cant wait for updates. however i do wish more actual simulation to the steam trains was added. more simular to how derail vallays steam engines are. otherwise pure amazing game.
It's just like ETS2/ATS, but with steam engines instead of trucks. With a little snowrunner/roadbuilder vibe. Absolutely great. IMHO this is the best steam-powered railroad simulator.
