The atmosphere is wonderful, I especially love the flamingo room...however, I have no clue what to do next. A walkthrough or maybe some in-game hints would be helpful UPDATE: things are little more clear after looking around some more. Reminds me of Over The Garden Wall.
A mind-numbingly boring pixel-graphic walking simulator
Walked around for a good 20 minutes with nothing happening. There's no direction, no goal, nothing. You're just supposed to walk... where to I have no idea. What for? Dunno. Nothing is explained. The game starts off by saying "memories" will be triggered at some points, but after 20 minutes of going through screen after screen without the ability to interact with ANY of the objects on the screen at all, I gave up. Some screens look like they're dead ends too, so you have to backtrack. Simply awful. Only try this if your time is worthless and you don't mind wasting it.
烂游戏
没故事,没目标,没意义。我花了20分钟盲目地走着走着,终于受不了放弃了。虽然是免费还是后悔浪费自己的时间。

From what I have seen so far it is very good, I recommend checking it out! It is very heavily inspired by Yume Nikki, but it has a lot of originality. The graphics are nice and simple, with nice details in the walls and floors (and bizarre characters) but it is contrasted excellently by the photography textures, which I really love. Moving through rooms that are actual spaces is really interesting. I love to explore and find what's next, and this game is good at that. One complaint I have is at the beginning, it is very confusing and some people may dismiss the game entirely because of it, maybe an update that makes it more clear, since you really don't want the player frustrated that quick, they need to be pulled in and excited instantly. I think the music is interesting and very atmospheric, although I can tell it's composed by someone who is not familiar with composition, and moreso experimenting with piano notes and ambient instruments. Over-all, I'll be playing this and trying to explore all it's inner workings! CHECK IT OUT!
I was pulled in by the opening art and the audio, and the game's description here on Steam. I end up WASD'ing around an open area for about 5 minutes, was somehow lost, then returned to the Store page to read one of the helpful reviews (initial area - go down), then back to the game to explore more, only to become stuck again in a room with no exits and no apparent interactions after another 5 minutes, with the only option appearing to be going backward. I read the developer's cryptic game guide and found no assistance from it at all. No one has posted a walkthrough in the Discussion section yet, either. I enjoy exploration to a point, but this, in my opinion, needs to offer a touch more guidance to the player than what it starts with. I shouldn't need to check external resources to figure out what to do next after poking around for 5 minutes.
This is a good game if you want to zone out and not think or do anything that requires brainpower. The atmosphere is good and the music has potential but most of the time you're following the railroad and looking into buildings next to it. Which could be cool except every stop turns into a long walk that ends in a flamingo. Why do you have to walk so damn much in this game. There's no discernible plot or point to anything you do, the world is empty, and although its classified as horror its just plain boring. At least it was free.
This is interesting in concept. But in play, it's...incredibly slow. I just played about half an hour of it, and I've gotten lost in the maps so much already. It would be helpful to have an idea of how big these maps are, or for there to landmarks that look different in the same map so that you can get an idea of where you are and where you've already been... I noticed that the edges of the maps are sometimes seamless... in other words, if you keep walking down, you'll eventually end up where you started. This is especially confusing on maps that are pretty big, with few noteable landmarks (things all look the same) and paths that lead to nowhere. You don't really have a chance at getting a good idea of where everything is, and so it's hard to know when you've missed something. After half an hour of playing, I'm still wanting to have an understanding of the story and gather memories... but finding them is so tediously boring and gives us so little to information that, if it keeps up like this, I'm not willing to spend the time finding them! It has potential... but it's easy to grow tired of the game, and to be confused during the aimless wandering on maps of immeasurable size.
i wanted to get really immersed in some dark and mysterious horror game, but i just didn't have it in me to make it through this. it doesn't seem like there's much direction going on at all, and while i can recognize that there was a story behind it, the hints at the story seemed few and far between. maybe i'm just dumb and couldn't figure it out or went in the wrong directions, but from what i've played, i probably wouldn't play it again unless i'm feeling incredibly pretentious.
