O velho clássico que poucos conhecem, jogo muito bom e divertido, excelente netcode.

I CANNOT believe that this game is suddenly widely available!!! There were only like two different arcade machines around the places I moved to and from back in the day, and it was always a joy when I got to play it. This is one of the best fighting games out there give it a try please. For achievement ♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game is fully completeable offline and it wasn't all that hard on top of it (compared to the breakers revenge collection also by q-bites). Oh and ¡¡¡VIVA MÉXICO CABRONES!!!

Que puedo decir de Rage of the Dragons NEO, es uno de mis juegos favoritos que he estado esperando desde que se anuncio en steam. Lo he conocido gracias a mi hermano que me enseño este juego, prácticamente me hice fan rápidamente por su gameplay, música y los personajes ya que cada uno es único en cada aspecto, tanto así que aprendí a jugar con todos aun que no profesionalmente solo para diversión. No soy fanático de jugar los fighting games online pero Rage of the Dragons NEO lo tiene por si te interesa probar tus habilidades contra otro usuarios del mundo, tienen modo casual y modo ranked. Contiene un nuevos modos de juegos como los desafíos del dragón, o batallas de 3v3 o 5v5 realmente es nuevo y bastante entretenido de jugar. Contiene training mode, en la cual puedes entrenar, ver los hitboxes y ver cada unos de los movimientos de todos los luchadores e incluso ver cual de los personajes te va bien contigo. Creo que las únicas contras es que no contiene crossplay por ahora, Tambien faltaria un modo superviviente o un time attack para alargar la vida del juego y por ultimo el escenario de jones y kang precisamente el logo evoga ha sido removido, pero dejando eso de lado es un bueno juego para tener en tu librería realmente lo recomiendo.

Excellent port. Tons of great quality of life additions to a classic game. The rollback netcode works like a charm too. Played a friend of mine in SoCal all the way from my apartment in Tokyo. Gameplay was buttery smooth. Hats off the the people over at QUByte Interactive for their hard work.

知っている人は知っている　「双截龍　ダブルドラゴン」のオマージュ作品(なんか、版権が買えなかったらしい><;) 知っている人はキャラの名前を見たらニヤリとするでしょう。 NEOGEO版格ゲーのダブルドラゴンとは違い タッグマッチやぶっ飛ばし攻撃からのコンボシステムも独特 ちょっと遊んだ感想、ドラゴンズチャレンジというタワーモードやってみたが、結構CPU強いかも、、、 NEOGEO後期の作品だけあって　しっかり練習しないと痛い目見るかも… でも、楽しいよ

É realmente um dos melhores ports de jogos clássicos que eu ja vi. Bom, sendo um jogo antigo não espere historias muito elaboradas, gráficos belíssimos ou coisas do tipo, afinal, o jogo original saiu em tempos onde isso não era comum. Mas com o port veio algumas melhorias que acho que valem a pena citar. Primeiro vamos aos pontos fortes que já haviam no jogo original. Personagens interessantes: Não são "absolute cinema", porém possuem seu carisma. Jogabilidade fluida: Sei que isso é bem vago, mas basicamente posso dizer que mesmo com combos curtos o jogo tem um andamento interessante. Os movimentos funcionam, a animação não é das mais detalhadas mas é melhor que grande parte dos jogos daquela época, a física do jogo é boa, pois da pra você confiar no que vê, a framedata funciona muito bem, e os personagens também são muito bem feitos, o que proporciona um jogo fluido e agradável. Boa quantidade de personagens: Não é o jogo que mais tem personagem, porém tem uma quantidade boa pra época em que saiu. Agora sobre os pontos fortes do port. Controles adaptados: Não me refiro a controles FACILITADOS, mas controles ADAPTADOS. Alguns jogos (como The Rumble Fish 2) não adaptam os comandos para plataformas diferentes, no máximo permitem que controles diferentes consigam ser reconhecidos, o que é bem diferente. Se você joga no teclado (assim como eu) deve notar que muitos jogos antigos não respondem bem a uma meia lua feita no teclado, porém nesse port eles aparentemente ajustaram os inputs para que todos os controles pudessem funcionar perfeitamente, incluindo teclado que da pra jogar tranquilamente. Online melhorado: Sim, é rollback netcode. Eu só joguei contra 1 amigo, mas se não me engano tem como criar sala, algo que jogos antigos portados geralmente não permitem. E devo dizer que o rollback funciona bem. Modo treino agradável: Não é o mais completo que vamos ter hoje em dia, porém trás recursos muito bons como hitboxes, gravação e reprodução (incluindo reprodução aleatória) e controle das barras. Normalmente os ports de jogos daquela época não tem esses recursos, então posso elogiar, mesmo que faltem coisas como opções de reação da CPU ou informações de framedata. Os pontos fracos são poucos. Basicamente... Online morto: O jogo é bom, mas não parece ser popular. Recomendo que você tenha um amigo para jogar. Ae é só felicidades. Rotas de combo muito lineares: O jogo até flui bem mesmo sem combos muito elaborados, porém os combos do jogo seguem na maioria das vezes o mesmo padrão, e só podem ser mais elaborados caso o oponente bata na parede, pois fora isso só existem combos de poucos hits (na maioria dos personagens pelo menos, sempre tem o roubado que se sobressai). De qualquer forma isso não atrapalha o jogo. É só detalhe. Por fim saibam que eu realmente recomendo o jogo. Por ser um jogo antigo e meio morto, espere uma promoção, pois pelo preço cheio você encontra jogos melhores (normalmente mais atuais), mas caso você já tenha vários, esteja vendo uma promoção e tenha um amigo pra jogar, não deixe de comprar. Compensa. No meu caso eu fui o amigo contemplado com o jogo. Não dava nada antes e me surpreendi com o que vi. Adorei. Comprem.

I am a Social Partner of QuByte Interactive. It is an honor to have reviewed both Breakers Collection and now Rage of the Dragons NEO. I have played both the OG NEO GEO arcade version and NEO. Aside from the classic Arcade mode, I liked the addition of the Dragon Challenges mode. Its fun testing your skills to see if you can climb the ranks of the dragon tower. I also like other options (like Video) which helps set the vibe of the game. Amazing panel artwork and cool screen filter options. The only notable issue is there are slight input delays when trying out certain moves on certain characters (like Jimmy for example). However, it doesn't completely ruin the game play experience. Overall, this is definitely worth picking up if you have not played Rage of the Dragons before. I recommend this for hardcore fighting game players in particular. This game is not for the casual/light-hearted to be honest.

A gem of a game, released with new features and modes. Cpu can be tough but once learned the game flows great and is super fun. An old school fighting game with modern elements added. Worth a pick up for new and old fighting game fans.
