Radical Rex

Not a radical port, but I believe the whole idea of releasing this game was nostalgia, which they got perfectly

Is it good? No Is it Ironically Good? No Is it rad? Yes

The opening cutscene with the singing dinosaurs is awesome, but the rest of the game is pretty bad. Radical Rex features slippery controls, cluttered levels, and a frustrating camera. It wasn't great on the Super Nintendo, and it isn't great now. If you are nostalgic for this game, it is a pretty good port and does allow you to change the controls, but unless you REALLY loved this game as a kid and have a fondness for it because of that, I say skip it.

Um jogo bem carismático e com um plot bem infantil: Os dinossauros estão sob um feitiço que faz com que eles lutem entre si, até que todos se destruam. Tudo isso para garantir a soberania do mamíferos. Rex deve ir atrás desse feiticeiro e libertar seus amigos. O jogo em si tem uma pegada bem infantil, o protagonista é todo sorridente, os inimigos tem um traço cartunesco mais voltado para o lado fofinho. O jogo é difícil mesmo na dificuldade média, pois cada inimigo só consegue ser derrotado por algum ataque específico. Você vai precisar decorar o padrão de cada um para passar das fases. A física do jogo é meio "pesada", é meio estranho no começo mas depois a adaptação é fácil. As fases foram bem construídas e exigem que você as decore também, para conseguir pegar os ovos e itens. O jogo é bem legal, certamente vai mexer com a nostalgia de quem jogou no passado. Para quem nunca jogou, é um bom jogo, com uma aura totalmente anos 90. A única parte triste é que essa é a versão de SNES. A versão de Sega CD é bem melhor, não tem nem comparação quanto a qualidade dos sons e da músicas. Se for utilizar o joystick, aperte a tecla "Esc" e mude os controles nas opções da janela. Infelizmente o jogo não faz isso automaticamente.

I RADICALLY HATE THIS GAME

"хорошая же игра" так вот. нет. игра неоправданно становится сложной во второй половине. душно и тяжело - вот как я могу описать пятичасовой геймплей. это пытка. я не смогу пройти её до конца...

Really great port of a classic.

It's a game about a fire breathing T-Rex on a skateboard. You can't get more radical than that!

Thank you this game, now i know how to skateboard thanks to the dino protagonist, and as well how human beings shouldnt exist
