this game is heat! totally fire, would burn through this game any day, i hope this game gets more attention sometime, rather than just being on the metaphorical steam backburner of games. it really reignited my love for difficult games. ondy really cooked with this one, cannot wait for Tres-Bashers 2!
What kind of game is it? : Action Platformer. Slightly bullet-hell. Autoscroll Is the price right? : Yes Who is this for? : Action platformer fans, all ages. Does the multiplayer work well? : Yes, Shared lives How is the game lenght and pace? : The game give you the option to start with more lives as you keep playing, ensuring steady progress and motivation. How are the graphics? : Clean. Responsive. Some platforming hasards (like spikes) are hard to spot. How is the UI? : Simple and fast. ----- I played this in multiplayer with a friend and it was a fun challenge. The different powerups were a nice touch. I encountered no glitches at all. The difficulty was a bit inconsistent, with some platforming sections being extremely tight later on-- and some bosses being quite easy. The flamethrower controlled aerial movement is fun and well executed. While it is not a game for everyone, at this price, it's definitly worth a try for any fan of action plaformer games looking for something to keep em busy for a couple days. [7.5/10]

6/10 - 6 stages in total - 3 types of weapons - It's an auto scroller, which i did not like - It's pretty hard, but there is also a stage select, so you can resume from where you left it Took me 2 tries / 24 lifes / 30 minutes to beat.
Flamethrower go brrrrr
Pyro Fighters has a simple mechanic which is easy to learn but hard to master. The game tests your skills with the pyro buster across 6 levels, giving you a unique boss at the end of each level. Once you've beaten all the levels, challenge them again with increased difficulty! Option Mode allows you to set your number of lives, max health, stage, and difficulty loop, which is a really handy feature! It makes the game's difficulty much more customizable. One of my favorite details of this game is the in-between level scenes that you get to walk through. It's a nice touch that showcases the care that went into this game. Definitely worth the price!
Amazing game, very creative spin on NES style shmups. Super tight controls, brutally hard but plenty of options to scale the difficulty to whatever pain you want to inflict on yourself. Incredible soundtrack too.
Although not as popular as the other games, Pyro Fighters is still a rather enjoyable game, especially with friends. I would highly recommend using a controller for this game.
ah yes, my favorite arcade from childhood :)
