the goal of [b]pusheep[/b] can be described with a single word: pusheep. usually off the levels, into their death. they're evil for some undisclosed reason, so it's fine. [b]it's basically a sliding game.[/b] each level is a small island, essentially a grid that allows movement in the four cardinal directions. pushing sheep right next to you is not allowed, bumping into one will stop you, offing a fellow white one means game over. each world has a few 'boss levels', though there's no actual boss, they're just a bit more difficult than the rest. there are, however, [b]different ranks of sheep[/b]. 2-dotted ones can only be pushed by a white sheep with at least 2 dots, etc. the vaporizer and its variants and some other stuff get introduced later. [b]80 levels[/b] divided into 4 worlds, with a bit of branching offering optional levels on the side. worlds are unlocked with stars awarded for being economic with moves. 120 stars, so half of them, are enough to access the final world. completion time is only shown on the level complete screen and it doesn't mean anything. the developer claims the game [i]'encourages to experiment'[/i], yet fails to provide the tools for it, as [b]undo is not available[/b]. most levels supposedly won't take more than 15 moves, but it's still a lot more tedious than it should be. also, [b]sheep have to be selected after every single move[/b], increasing tedium. there's a brief tutorial, [b]controls are entirely mouse-based, no hotkeys, let alone proper keyboard controls[/b]. left click to select/deselect and move sheep by choosing which animal to run towards, crates and walls can't be targets. mouse wheel zooms in/out, right click handles the camera freely. I found it too sensitive, a slider would help. also if right click was selection and left movement (the wheel button could be the camera instead), as sheep-to-sheep movement makes things finicky. might have to deselect a sheep first, but if you happen to click one, wanting to select it but it gets pushed off the level, game over, no undo, fantastic... buttons are available for 90-degree rotation in both directions and a [b]top-down toggle, which I found really useful[/b], plus a restart and pause button for the settings. there are on-screen level numbers, an evil sheep counter, and conveniently the perfect move number to aim for is also shown. it simply goes into negative if you run out and it only awards 1 or 2 stars. graphics are pleasant, music is a mixed bag, some of it is pretty good, settings-wise it's fine. separate but [b]buggy volume settings[/b] (the game always starts at full volume), windowed mode and resolution options, plus a graphics detail setting and a wind lines toggle. not very intrusive but always happy to see more options. there are 3 save slots (profiles) to store progress separately. a continue button wouldn't hurt, instead of having to load a save every single time. another annoyance is when you want to go back to the main menu, it loads the unnecessary splash screen like when the game first starts, click that and only then will the menu appear. punctuation is also often missing. the game is done mostly well and would be fun and challenging enough, but [b]with the way controls work and especially without undo I can't recommend it[/b]. even if these changed (and the dev said undo definitely won't), the price might still be too high compared to other similar games, but that's what sales are for. [b]there's a demo[/b] if you want to try it for yourself.

Can be pretty fun, although challenging in some areas. Played about an hour, and after 10 minutes of trying whatever I could think of on level 20, just couldnt come up with a game winning plan (im not the greatest at puzzle games and sometimes forget what I've already done lol). But if you enjoy puzzle games, especially chill ones that can be good time killers, you may just enjoy this one! There lots of levels and if you take your time, can last a good few hours. Pusheep is a great time killer puzzle game with a very unique combination of mechanics, Though there are a few game design choices that are a bit questionable like multiple save slots, (most people will only play the game once, and levels unlock for replay as you go) otherwise, nitpicking aside, I think the game is great, though personally I think it would be better suited on a mobile platform. I recommend, especially if you like a chill, no pressure puzzle game, something you can do while listening to your favorite podcast or streamer. :)

Pusheep é um jogo de puzzle em que você controla ovelhas brancas (com níveis de força diferentes) com o objetivo de livrar o mapa das ovelhas negras, sendo algumas por eliminação e outras por transformação. Demorei um bom tempo para aprender a passar por certas fases (mas não tema, criei um guia no Steam caso você fique preso em alguma), e, quando entendia o que fazer, era bem gratificante. Visualmente, achei simples, mas muito bonitinho: um estilo 3D que agrada até mesmo pessoas como eu, que são mais fãs de pixel art. Recebi esse jogo há alguns anos para mostrar na [url=https://www.twitch.tv/DuraNext]live da Twitch[/url] e, mesmo só precisando jogar um pouquinho dele para atender aos critérios do site, acabei devorando-o.
