Purrates

The Purrfict and the not so Purrrrfict things..... The good? its a cute game, and enjoyable, and it is playable on the steam deck! (note you will use the touch screen portion of the deck for the point and click). The not so Purrrfict: The game is short, granted this is a new game and still need to be flushed out, a deeper story line would help here. it feels really short, my friend took 45 minutes to complete the game, (see SireGears1995's review), I managed to beat the entire game in 15 minutes, no I wasn't trying to make this into a competition, it just happened...as my friend stated, this game feels a bit more like a demo game, which to me is fine for a starting build, so having more things to do like the deeper story line, or areas to explore or things to do would help. Things I noticed while playing: The character likes to spin around a few times every so often when clicking to direct them to where ever you want, once the character gets to the destination then stops, which isn't game breaking however I could see this being annoying to people The game works on the steam deck with minimal issues, though I would suggest if able implimenting some sort of basic controller support (or D-pad support) if able for those of us who might wish to use the Steam Deck to play the game like my self as this would be a game I would play when I just want something simple and easy to play around with. I would also suggest adding more areas to explore and things to potentially craft, as well as a way to see what items you picked up (such as money, which does not seem to be able to be found if it is?). Other then the listed things, I feel this game has potential and could actually be enjoyable, as I did enjoy it for the short 15 minutes (I spent a total of 28 minutes, 13 testing on my steam deck and 15 on my desktop PC with the game and ended up compleating the game).
