Follow appreciated! — Puerto Viejo is a game set during the Spanish golden age in which you, playing as Miguel, are on a mission to find your father after he hasn't returned from Sea. However, such a journey is expensive and you only have 2 days. It's now based on you being able to find enough jobs and meet enough people in hopes to get the money in time. Completing such jobs requires the completion of various mini games: each game unique to its level. Some are harder, some are easier. Some will require you to do them over and over again until you succeed. I don't want to spoil them, but I can tell you that they really train your timing and reflexes. Really gets you to concentrate on the game. A unique way of challenging the player, nothing I have ever seen before. This game blends both realism and non fiction too, in that it demonstrates the work of the Spanish golden age in its mini games. The Spanish golden age was a time period of flourishing art and literature. This is seen in levels such as helping your friend sing a poem while you are plucking the guitar. For the rest, I'll let you explore and connect the levels to the games surrounding yourself. A fun and easy way to learn something new. The art of this game is amazing! I really mean it! There is beautiful use of bright and shaded colors to bring the Spanish golden age to life. I wouldn't be surprised if this was all hand drawn. I couldn't stop myself from admiring every scenery in awe due to the hard work put into them. While the game is set in 2D, some of the mini games have top down 3D aspects to them. However, even with the use of 2D, this game still doesn't fail to amaze me (and hopefully others) in its art style including its amazing game story (which arguably, I wish was longer). Each and every character in this game is individually detailed, having their own personality. Even the ‘background character’ are not forgotten. What I also love are the facial expressions of the characters. Minimal but enough to portray their feelings and current choice of dialogue. Lastly, I want to ask the million Escudo question (I hope I used the correct Spanish golden age currency, otherwise that's embarrassing): is this game worth it for its asking price? I would say Yes. The reason is because this game CANNOT be completed in 40 minutes unless you are really quick and beat every mini game first try. It took me around 2 hours to beat the game. And that's not it: there is also the ‘’Sailor mode’’ and ‘’Hat mode’’. That's an estimate of around 4 hours of fun. Maybe a bit more depending on how fast you are. This game also has a beautiful story which unfolds with every mini game that cannot be missed. Did I already mention the art style? All in all, adding all of this together, I do believe this game brings enough playing time with it including mini games and amazing scenery to justify its price. 한국어 지원이랑 어드벤처 태그 보고 샀는데 어드벤처적인 요소는 하나도 없고 그냥 미니게임 몇 개 묶어놓은 게임. 인터페이스나 게임성을 보아하니 아무래도 스마트폰용 게임을 피시판으로 낸 듯 하다. 스토리모드는 대충 미겔이란 아이가 아빠를 한번 보러 가야겠다며 풍차를 부수고 다니거나 눈먼 노인이 강을 못건너 쩔쩔매자 무시하고 가려다 돈준다니까 도와준다거나 그 노인이 사기쳐서 돈을 안주려고 하니 몰래 훔쳐가거나 저택의 하인들에게 촛대를 던져 쓰러트리거나 하면서 뱃삯을 모으는 내용의 스토리를 보며 중간중간 미니게임을 진행하는 모드이다. 미니게임 한 개당 3개 난이도를 클리어하면 다음 스토리를 본 후 미니게임으로 넘어가는데 미니게임들이 특별히 독창적인 게임이 있는 것도 아닌 그냥 기존에 흔하게 볼 수 있는 게임들인데다 연출이 문제인지 뭐가 문제인지 그냥 루즈하고 재미가 없다. 예를들면 떨어지는 노트를 치는 리듬게임은 키배치도 불편할뿐더러 리듬게임 특유의 재미가 느껴지지 않고 창고에서 물건 찾아오는 미니게임은 이동속도도 느린데 길가다 한번 막히면 다시 빙 돌아가는게 답답하게 느껴진다. 다행인건 다시 해도 배치가 바뀌진 않는데 만약에 할 때마다 바뀌는 구조였으면 안그래도 답답하고 재미도 없는데 짜증까지 났을 것이 분명하다. 게다가 게임 밸런스도 엉망이다. 이를테면 눈먼 할아버지에게 몰래 접근하는 게임은 난이도 2단계부터 뭔놈의 할아범이 뒤를 수십번은 돌아보는데 목뼈 안부러지고 멀쩡한게 대단할 정도다. 그 좁은 방 하나를 지나가는데 걸리는 시간이 거의 3분씩이나 된다. 몰래 저택을 탈출하는 미니게임은 지나가는 도중에 갑자기 반대편에서 하인이 튀어나와 발각됐다고 뜨기도 한다. 아니 나중에 말타고 달릴땐 사람들한테 뭐 던져서 막 쓰러트리고 다니던데 그냥 할배도 확 쓰러트리지 왜... 하여튼 그렇게 모든 미니게임을 하고 나면 미겔 아빠를 볼 수 있을 줄 알았더니 그런 것도 아니었다. 그냥 미겔이 배에 타고 떠나면서 끝난다. 스토리가 막 재밌는 것도 아닌데 결말마저 이 모양이다. 그렇게 스토리 모드가 끝나면 항해 모드를 할 수 있는데 별 다를건 없고 그냥 본편에서 했던 미니게임중 하나를 골라 다시 할 수 있는 모드다. 그리고 이번엔 무려 난이도가 4까지 있다. 그래도 이젠 항해를 떠났으니 항해코인을 다 모으면 미겔 아빠란 인간을 볼 수 있을 줄 알고 참고 하기로 했다. 그런건 없었다. 항해모드를 완주하니 생기는 건 모자모드라는 것 뿐이었다. 그럼 모자모드가 무엇이냐? 전혀 '변경 없는 스토리'를 '미겔이 모자를 쓰고' 다시 한번 더 하는 모드일 뿐이다. 게다가 이번엔 난이도가 5단계까지 있다. 참고로 한 모드를 전부 다 하는데 대충 40분쯤 걸린다. 이쯤되면 그냥 스팀 환불정책 2시간을 넘기기 위한 플레이타임 불리기 용으로 넣어둔 모드가 아닌가 의심스러워진다. 결론 스마트폰으로 나온 애들용 게임을 피시판으로 옮긴듯한 게임. 트레일러 영상에 나오는게 진짜 전부임.

Un juego entretenido que he regalado a mis sobrinos de 10 y 12 años y les ha encantado. Un mundo, el del Siglo de Oro español, desconocido para ellos, que ha permitido que al menos me hagan algunas preguntas sobre Don Quijote.

Puerto Viejo ha una bella grafica. Mi limito a questo perchè alcuni minigame sono ingiocabili da pc. Ne vale la pena solo la tablet o da telefono.

大航海時代真っ盛りのスペイン黄金時代を舞台にしたゲーム。 少年ミゲルは航海に出ている船乗りの父親を追って、 港に寄港している船に乗るため、 明日の朝までに莫大な渡航費を稼がなければならない。 そのため数々の難題をこなしていくのだが… 最初はいわゆるシナリオモードで ミニゲームをクリアしてシナリオを進めていきます。 全てクリアすると船乗りモードが開放され、 ミニゲームを単体で遊べるようになります。 ミニゲームは簡単なものから難しいものまで用意されているが、 さほど時間はかからずちょっとした暇潰しに向いています。 絵も綺麗だし、親子で軽く遊ぶのがオススメかと。

I really enjoyed this game, especially for the price. It's all very high quality stuff you're doing in the game, but it is quite short. I completed it in 2 hours, but you can replay all the minigames in their own game mode called "Sailor Mode." All the minigames are fun and challenging, so you will probably want to jump into the Sailor Mode to try and master them. The story, art, music, and setting are all lovely. It's a great game for the price.

Beautiful bunch of mini games, fun to play and with easy to pick game mechanics. The visuals and music are excellent!

Ha estado bien, quitando que la parte del ciego y la del molino te daban ganas de saltar por la ventana.

Una piacevolissima avventura grafica "old school" che mi ha intrattenuto per quasi due ore. Il comparto grafico è semplicemente meraviglioso e ottima la colonna sonora. Spero di poter prima o poi giocare il secondo capitolo e magari vedere qualche piccola miglioria sia a livello di durata che di complessità di gioco.
