Pub Sim

Thumbs down for making a game and then bailing as soon as its released. Not a finished game in any sense of the way and it is highly suspect that all of this was planned to happen this way. Bought this game because it had lots of potential only to be disappointed yet again by developers from this particular region of the world. Right after the game goes up they announce they dont have funding for any more development. Bet they are working on the next "one" right now.

Gave this a try due to all the positive reviews The game as it stands is ok til you reach a certain level then all you do is stand around doing nothing waiting for the day to end so you can start the next day and stand around doing nothing some more This game had tons of potential but devs released the game and ran leaving it abandoned with the lame excuse of investors pulled out but also complaining about the share amount they got, doesnt stack up there are no toilets in the game which is rather a major oversight seeing as you are running a pub!! nobody gets drunk, no fights start so not realistic at all, pool table/dart board/etc are not interacted with, they are just decoration and give zero effect as far as i can see , spirits are only available as shots so no basics like gin and tonic/vodka and tonic/vodka and coke etc and are only sellable via a "liquor specialist" not sure what is specialised about filling a shot glass... No updates for almost a year if the devs pull their fingers out and do some updates/fixes/content I may change this review but as it currently stands, nope

"Pub Sim" gives you the opportunity to run your own pub. In fact, that's something I've actually done in real life, and it's also my secret dream for the years after retirement – to open a cozy, quiet little tavern and pour drinks for a carefully selected clientele. Ah, dreams. In the game, you pour beers, buy furniture, and occasionally even get tips. But that's pretty much where your activities end – your establishment only serves alcohol, no food, and the customers aren't interested in talking to you or, say, getting into fights after having too much to drink. The beginning of the game is tough: money is tight, supplies and repairs are expensive, and you have a large debt to the bank, with a minimum daily payment of $250. However, if you keep the pub clean and serve customers the beer they want, you gain "prestige" levels – and the higher your level, the higher prices you can charge. Once you reach level ten, you can apply a 200% markup and things get a bit easier. The game lacks depth, it's not very detailed, and there are quite a few graphical glitches, but somehow it still managed to keep me playing for several hours – even after I stopped recording the video. OMFG I adore this. I really do. I love the concept, I love the execution, I love playing! Even when all I am doing is watching my people running around hustling, I find it enjoyable. The gameplay felt intuitive and the furniture placement is slick (grid and no grid, I love you guys) which made me want to keep upgrading, adding and improving. I love how we can pour all our own drinks (even though you learn quickly that your pathetic pouring ass will always go over or under on a pour because human error, but the folks you hire don't have that issue XD They are clearly better employees than I. I also really enjoyed adjusting all of the products to their optimal markup for profits - not something everyone would enjoy I imagine, but I sure did. Really, my only issue is the occasional glitch, but honestly, this runs better than some of the new release big titles I play XD The devs are amazing and I REALLY hope they keep this going - I'd buy DLC, new version, whatever you've got!

Для меня, пожалуй, пока самый лучший симулятор такого рода в 2025 году. Не понимаю, почему столько смешанных комментариев, но здесь все продумано до мелочей. 1. Удобный и понятный интерфейс. 2. Самая лучшая реализация пополнения запасов. За тебя все сделают НПС. Ты просто разливай напитки и не трать большую часть времени на бег от разгрузки к складу, как, к сожалению происходит в большей части симуляторов такого рода. 3. Вы можете загрузить сюда свои любимые видеоклипы и смотреть их вместе с гостями по телевизору. Мне так понравилась игра, что я несколько раз начинала играть заново и каждый раз меняла стратегию, как выгоднее быстрее заработать денег и купить новые лицензии. Единственное пожелание разработчикам сделать опцию длительности дня (для меня уж очень он короткий). А так спасибо ребятам за интересную игру. Сделана с любовью и профессионализмом. Очень хотелось бы продолжения, как обещали. Жаль, если не будет такой возможности. Всем очень советую, кто любит такого типа симуляторы, приобрести Pub Sim. Не пожалеете.

Simulatore che offre parecchie ore di gioco, all'inizio può essere un pò ripetitivo, ma più si va avanti e più sblocchiamo nuove cose. Comunque nel complesso merita, lo ritengo un ottimo passatempo. Eine gute Simulation mit viel Potential. Und hier wackelt der Daumen, denn die Devs schreiben ganz transparent, dass ihnen das Geld ausgegangen ist und nichts mehr kommen wird. Für knapp 7€ (im Sale) kann man aber nichts verkehrt machen und hat einige Stunden Spielspaß und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Für Achievementhunter gut geeignet. Keine verbuggten oder verpassbaren Achievements, allerdings sind einige sehr grindig. Wer nicht aktiv grinden möchte kann es aber durch die Mitarbeiter erledigen lassen, da das Spiel bis auf den Tageswechsel 100% automatisiert werden kann.

This game was great for early access. Seemed like it had a lot of promise and I was willing to let go of the bugs because again - early access. Then V1.0 dropped and the dev fully abandoned it. Seemed like a slap in the face.

BRILLENT game nice and relaxing, you can do alot of stuff inside the pubs i do have a few nit picks but its not game breaking. 1 I wish i could move the light switches and last orders bell 2 the tv's were different sizes 3 toilets would be nice 4 fast travel to each pub or a taxi but apart from them the game run greats feels great and you can tell there is love for this game so yes BUY IT!!!!!
