About
EPILEPSY WARNING: This game contains flashing lights and patterns, please consider this before playing.
Now compatible with Steam Deck!
Need something challenging and fun that you can pick up and put down whenever you want with no strings attatched? That's why I made this fast paced, chaotic 3D reimagining of the classic Snake game, built around endless waves, changing strategies and deep customization, but keeping those classic goals, to have a great time and beat the highest score! No micro transactions, no battle passes, just play whenever you want and come back whenever you want!
Take control of the Ouroboros Proxies and consume all the rogue AI critters, each wave event introduces new critter behaviors and each map new ways of playing, from jumping and boosting on land to catch flying beetles, to floating and diving in water to catch teleporting mice, every wave feels like a completely different experience, so stay sharp and adapt quickly!
You can also play with a friend in local Split Screen either next to each other or using Steam's Remote Play Together, or solo, at home or on the go with your Steam Deck! You can also heavily tweak the experience with multiple customizing menus to better fit your hardware, your time, your skill level and even your style, everything from critters per wave and snake material customization, to the individual graphics settings!
Story:
You are a newly hired Proxy Tester at Paradigm Shift, a company developing robotic vessels for human consciousness, your job: Test the experimental Ouroboros model against disposable AI units and find out just how well a human mind can adapt to a body that was never meant to inhabit.
Developer Note:
This is my first game, and it was entirely built by me from the ground up, except for the vegetation in the temple because I really liked it and the music, which is Copyright Free, I altered it a bit in Audacity to better fit the game but it's still Copyright Free in my YouTube Channel with a link to the original, I plan to keep improving this game based on player feedback, so if you enjoy it, or have ideas, I’d love to hear from you. :)

I am in no way a critic so this is coming from the perspective of a gamer and not a game developer. So far I'm having fun and excited to see not only the games future and your future as well. Love the model of the snake with it's mechanical like properties and pretty nice customization options. So far I've played on three maps with their own distinct personalities that i really love and catching critters and learning how to properly control the snake is a fun journey. Little buggy gripes I've had. The snake tends to get stuck on a lot of the worlds geomatry, mostly when trying to jump out of water and especially on stairs. I am really struggling with stairs lol Playing on mouse and keyboard was janky, the mouse isnt locked in the center of the screen so i found myself clicking off the game and right clicking my monitor screen a lot which halted gameplay. Playing on controller was much viable but changed my inverse settings. I was left a little confused with the map warps and struggled understanding that i had to manually find the start round buttons when first playing but that could totally be a skill issue In the egypt like map i was a little confused with the water falls? i kept trying to climb up the water lol would be fun riding up them same with the map warps and their icons, some look like others but arent what they seemed they would be? i found myself getting dizzy in the tubes backroom like place and had to take a small break. Those are really the only issues i had while playing. The Tutorial could be condensed with less text and more visual like tutorials telling the player where a button is and what it does instead of having to explain what certain abbreviations are for the graphics settings to save a players time there should be a preset option with a customize option for manual switching I am having fun so far and i do think this and future projects can thrive and i really hope im not coming off as nit picky as this is a very cheap experience nonetheless
