Should you decide to pick up Projections I would highly recommend doing the training as the game can be fairly confusing at first. Projections works on high scores, you cannot lose in Projections as you cant die. But should you fail to dodge/ get hit by an attack your high score will be reduced significantly. If you listen out for sound ques it will give you a rough idea of when to dodge. The game is difficult at first but as you play for a while it should become a bit easier. Each map/ dimension is procedurally generated so each stage will have different terrain and scenery. You will play as 6 concepts as you proceed through the game. My personal favourite is Vision in which you have a bunch of combos using a sword. Projections has a unique style of gameplay, BOPPING soundtrack and a good amount of replayability to improve on your skills and scores. "I am everything and everything is me" Projections has no audio adjustment option so i would recommend turning your volume down slightly. - Needs an audio adjustment option pls. - The loading times in-between stages and when loading the first stage can be on the long side.

The ♥♥♥♥ is this?
TLDR; I highly recommend this game. DO NOT BUTTON MASH IN THIS GAME the real fun is dodging for as long as possible. Projections is an incredibly interesting game. The art and music are just beautiful, which is not surprising considering Wolfgun's wealth of experience in those areas, and of which I have been a long time fan. The most compelling aspect of this game are how the game mechanics and the philosophy behind them are shaking the conventions of the hack and slash / style action games they borrow from. No enemy can kill you, you have no health. and killing enemies does not necessarily improve your score in a meaningful way. Instead, being hit with attacks is punished with your combo being broken, your score being reduced, or halved. Each stage starts by spawning enemies that will attack you. Dispatching them will increase your score a small amount, but getting perfect dodges is what increases your combo the most dramatically and in turn increases your score the most dramatically. This is an incentive to draw things out and dodge without attacking much for as long as possible, to which the game rewards you with a huge score and a constant increase in difficulty that quickly becomes exhilarating. This leads to a compelling gameplay loop where you coax the game into increasing the difficulty until you are balancing tenuously between increasing your score and avoiding letting it get too difficult for you to keep dodging successfully. This is all wrapped in lore from Wolfgun's extended PROJECTIONS storyline that contemplates themes of existence, futility and higher meaning.
in a game where you kinda figure things out as you go along, without fear of a game over while listening to grooving music, and the benchmark for success is you own metric for points, perfect dodges, chain score, or avoiding getting hits: this game is very chill and enjoyable. the game has a primary focus on dodging attacks and fighting back, which is very similar to the game style of Bayonetta for those familiar. While the bosses are not necessarily something you can truly 'defeat', the intention is in reaching your zen with dodging their attacks and answering with your own. in short, this game is about the experience, focus, and skill you cultivate from playing and enjoying it. you get to play as a multitude of 'concepts', which are characters you play as with very unique attack patterns and thematics, ranging from very simple for those who enjoy utilizing a few but powerful attacks effectively, to very complex for those much more into combo sequences based on button inputs. My personal favorite is 'galaxian' which is a cute little ufo that shoots much like old console ship it has the namesake from, which has a very handy second dodge input that can be an option for countering attacks that requires more precision but it very rewarding. you unlock these 'concepts' to play as with each subsequent run through of the game, which also progresses/unlocks cutscenes that tells you the story and lore of the world you're playing within, which while rather straightfoward and 'simple' on the surface, the story is rather rich with connections, secrets, and lore when you dig deeper into things between the cutscenes, gameplay, and some other works released by the creator. In short, it's a fun arcade like game, without a game over state, that focuses on your skills to handle chaotic ferver situations with zen and focus by dodging attacks with consistent and balanced 'tells' and answering back with your own attacks. I hope you enjoy it if you decide to give it a try!!
Não entendi absolutamente nada do que estava acontecendo, mas mesmo assim achei relaxante e divertido, boa trilha e gráficos.
Infinite monkey theorem states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter keyboard for an infinite amount of time will eventually type the complete works of William Shakespeare. I was randomly hitting keys on my PC and I beat the 3rd stage boss in less than 30 minutes. I can confirm infinite monkey theorem.

PROJECTIONS is a third person "roguelike" music orientated score attack brawler where you control some low poly blob and smack stuff to get your points up. You can't die, but getting whacked reduces your score. There's no content or substance to this game... to the point it barely qualifies as a real game at all. And that's kind of a problem, because this is on Steam, the platform for selling games, and they're charging money for this, and that's also a problem. The game is very simplistic, small and limited in scope and ambition. This feels more like a tech demo, proof of concept or student homework assignment rather than a fully fledged product designed for PC gamers. As such it doesn't offer any real value as a serious PC game. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features lazy minimalist/untextured low-polygon "retro" assets and visuals, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the early 1990s. The lack of textures is a method that lazy devs often use to disguise their lack of talent/interest in doing the graphics properly and trying to disguise it under the name of "art", or "We made it look bad on purpose", which really isn't something gamers should have to put up with. It's unclear why the developers weren't willing to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets and high resolution textures for the game. It looks bad as a result of their decisions, and that's just another reason to avoid it. Bewilderingly, the game doesn't include proper audio controls, so you can't turn off the annoying background music, you'll need to alt+tab out and stop the music using the Windows sound mixer. This is obviously not okay and it's unclear why the developers chose not to include this basic feature. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. The game features no proper level design or game/story flow/plot, as they opted to try to use samey repetitive procgen algorithms as a substitute for adding such content to the game, to avoid doing the important job of level/map design. As a result, the game doesn't actually have any content worth mentioning, just endless, boring, repetitive, soulless algorithmically generated sameyness. Developers must learn that procedural generation is not an acceptable substitute for content. In an attempt to excuse the low quality of delivery here, the game makes a big point of having a nice soundtrack. If the business plan for a game is to compete with Spotify, which is free and has effectively unlimited music, all of which is better than the music here, it's failed before it even started. Gamers can listen to the Spotify for free. A game cannot be seen as recommendable just because it competes badly with listening to the radio or to MP3s. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. This game features a number of suspicious, likely fake positive reviews. The reviews all appear at almost exactly the same time, immediately after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and all have very similar wording and writing style. Immediately after this huge peak of reviews, reviews (and player counts) for the game dropped incredibly sharply. This is highly unusual given the very low quality of the game and poor player counts. The "Positive" review score on this game should be taken with a large grain of salt. This might have been done to deceive/mislead gamers into paying for a bad product. The game never really caught on with the millions of gamers on Steam, with a very low peak player count close to launch, and then just a handful of players launching this game every couple of days. This is undoubtedly caused by factors such as those raised in this review. It's always helpful with buying decisions to consider how popular and successful the product is, and unfortunately while this did accumulate a few participation trophy reviews, overall, people just aren't using it. So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam? PROJECTIONS has the comically over-optimistic price of $13 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. For comparison, the $13 asking price for this game could get you games like "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt", "Final Fantasy XIV Online" or "7 Days to Die". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
TLDR; If you're interested, try the demo. It'll tell you more than I can in a review. If you like Wolfgun's music, you'll probably gel well with this game. It's a peculiarly beautiful game about getting plucked out of your starship and being thrust into endless battle against starborn creatures from before time by an omnipresent godlike entity. There is no failure in this game, nor death, as those concepts weren't a good fit for this reality. I love this game's simple controls and quite deceptively deep combo and scoring system. If you take a hit in anything but the final fight of a run your score will be halved, but if you Perfect Dodge, your combo multiplier goes up, and you deal damage to enemies around you. Imperfect Dodges are still important for avoiding damage if you care about score. I think my highest score as of writing this review is somewhere around 231 million. ♥♥♥♥ adds up fast if you're gunning for it. Each run (so far) has a different character, or 'Concept' as Tutorial Wolfgun put it. I haven't gotten to use all of them yet, but so far some have better combo potential than others. You get a primary fire button, secondary fire button, dodge, and movement keys with an infinite jump (sometimes a descend key). It's got simple controls and it's complex to master, similar to my other favorite simplistic arcade platformer, Rain World. Combat is a conversation, this game encourages you to listen to audio cues and respond confidently to them with Perfect Dodges (PDs) and your own attacks. This gives the game a noticeable ebb and flow, unless you're in FOCUS mode. Focus mode is an intense gamut of constant enemies and attacks. It's definitely worth the $13 USD, as it's basically like buying a wolfgun album with a game attached to it. If you're not sure, though, get it if it goes on sale. Oh yeah. Turn down your game audio from your volume manager. There's none built into the game, which is certainly a choice, and this game can get really loud in the cutscenes and boss fights.
