Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Although PMR had some issues at launch I still like the game and has been the game I mostly stream, the saying " death by a 1000 cuts" , well PMR will be life by a 1000 bandages , the devs have turned it around and PMR is a great game that's headed in the right direction and will shake off the negativity , 17 car classes and about 17 tracks makes this game worth it on the content alone
I had this game ever since the game came out, and after patch 1.7.0, it's now quite worth to play and brings some fun drive. I can feel the difference and this driving experience feels similar to LMU. [ Yes, it still has kind of 'floating' feeling in attachment to ground, but it's enjoyable compared to what it was before. ] first person graphic looks little odd, but in third person view it looks really decent and realistic. Maybe cause I had really low expectation, but I think it's time to give this game a decent play. I do see this will be a decent sim, not in near but within in 2026 if they keep work on it. I recommend to purchase when it's on huge sale. ----- EDIT ---- After 2.0 update, This ♥♥♥♥ gem. They came, they brought. Two corners in and I felt it.
THIS SH$t is not ready and should be taken back to the start and rebuild from ground up again.
Now, admittedly, Project Motor Racing provides no tutorials as regards to the more applied settings, so it’s qholly up to you, your experience, and your capacity to figure things out on your own. It hallmarks collision physics that make your opposers perceive like they’re gliding away like a wrapper, and a fee tag that, at first peek, seems immoderate given the game's content... 🧠Having formerly accepted Assetto CC as the gold grade for racing sims and Project Cars as a "should-possess" in the list as well, i can state with sureness that Project MR is an undiluted guideline in sim racing when it comes to physics and gameplay. Let me decipher: The driving clockwork offers a truly boundless verge for both enhancement and faults; cars can slither out and prevail controllable unlike in ACC, which identifies too rigid in this evaluation. Weight relay dynamics are also incredibly rational. In short, to condense the gameplay: I am having an outright blast taming every solitary car featured in this game... The AI in Project MR is greatly combative in wheel-to-wheel encounters, yet it seldom (if ever) traverses the line into excessive conduct. It will rub bumpers with you, undeniably, but it never slams into you at full pace; as a result, it all but never perceives punitive. That said, the AI is fully mindful of your location on the track and responds accordingly. This results in utterly wild on-track battles, it is insanely stirring! I legitimately don't even feel the desire to try the online multiplayer, since I’m finding such substantial satisfaction just running at odds with this incredibly fun AI. As for the rest, the in-cabin sound effects are very realistic, and the optical effects, such as the climate are also well-enforced. Moreover, since the last update, they have absolutely revamped the interface and in-race graphics, making the game feel much less harsh. The obtainable content is quite weighty, representing a good numeral of iconic circuits, such as Monza, the Red Bull Ring, Bathurst and Spa as well as various car listings. My most-liked is the Nissan R390 GT1, which is an utter joy to drive on the Nordschleife layout. Pair that with some nice background melody, and you're all set for hours of driving and a thriving measure of adrenaline, whether it be by day or by night. There is also a properly basic career system, nonetheless it does provide a sponsor structure that adapts to your favorable driving style. It also features copious challenges and tolerance races, a "Quick Race Weekend" method, and of course online multiplayer. ✅The Good + Authentic mode can be an riveting challenge for advanced drivers, + A plethora of of complex details for simulation fans, + A broad choice of cars and tracks, laser-scanned circuits + Extensive car adjustment options. ❌The Bad - No sense of progression or any unlockable content - Obscure, hidden mechanics that the game makes absolutely no attempt to explain - Assistance settings menu inexplicably inaccessible during normal gameplay - Poor handling on certain car models 🧾In Conclusion. This game has only become better from its release and profusely fulfills its core intention: to be a thorough yet pleasurable driving sim. According to my way of thinking, i am immensley delighted with it. It remains to be seen what hereafter content they will unleash for it, but given the caliber of the recent updates, I can only be sanguine! 6.5/10🔚
Cars don't car very well
Game has improved a ton since the terrible launch. its actually drivable now and pretty fun. better with every update. the career mode is fun and makes you feel like you are actually earning something. AI scaling needs improvement... but overall, its shaping up to be a good game
I'm a huge fan of the original Project CARS and I was so looking forward to the release of PMR. Needless to say that the disaappointment has been heavy. Nine months after its first release and this game is still unplayable, Can someone explain to me why, despite having set the gears to automatic both in the general game settings and in the car settings, I still have to manually do the upshift?!? S4S, fix the basics before grabbing money from people!
