OMG I didn't thought this story would be such a great story! The way of portraying the characters was wonderful, and the interaction part as a player was very deep. Wish I can see more works from this author:)
Literally none of the main characters were compelling to me. I hated how weak I was made to feel at every turn. By the time the end came I was just hoping for it to all be over so I could never see any of these horrible people ever again.
This game is fun, clever, and charming throughout. I was drawn to it for the unique magic system and stayed for the characters, engaging plot, and player freedom. Most of the characters were interesting on a surface level but ultimately felt very underdeveloped (which is a huge shame because many of them had some really interesting elements that wouldve been so cool to explore in depth). The pacing also feels extraordinarily rushed and the plot often has too much going on to explore any one thing with the depth it deserves. While i understand this was partially intentional, i often found myself wishing that any given scene was just a little longer. Still, the worldbuilding, dialogue, and characters are a lot of fun and I recommend it, especially to my fellow nerds in academia.
story feels like you dont really have a choice. characters are a nuisance. you just have to take it. story seems shallow. and i have doubts if the author has ever truely thought about what he or she or they or whatever was writing. like "computers are extremely good at some magical thing. but it might be dangerous. so nobody has ever tried it." sure, thats how humanity operates. sorry, this is ridiculous.
