Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
This game has flown under the radar compared to some of its indie compatriots, undeservedly so. PoP: The Lost Crown is a standout metroidvania deserving of the highest of praise. As a bonus, the game runs like a dream on the Steam Deck.
One of the first games I ever played was Prince of Persia from 1989. I later jumped into The Sands of Time and played the games that followed. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown gave me such a nostalgic feeling. Going through the palace, seeing the lights in the background, and traveling through a palace was amazing. Prince of Persia fits right alongside its predecessors in the genre, Metroid and Castlevania. The Lost Crown perfectly blends everything we want from this type of game while keeping what makes Prince of Persia special: platforming, crazy jumps, time gimmicks, sword fights, and memorable characters. I do hate that Ubisoft doesn't automatically sync playtime with Steam. I played mostly on the Steam Deck, and my actual playtime isn't properly reflected on Steam because of Ubisoft's launcher. But, oh well, it's a minor inconvenience. The story could have been better with a little more character development and depth. I also wasn't a huge fan of the "superhero team on steroids" hanging around Persia. The characters and their relationships could have used more time to develop. Still, highly recommended. It has good characters, runs perfectly on the Steam Deck, and, most importantly, feels like a nostalgic ride with the flavor of a new generation of gaming. I strongly recommend that anyone who has enjoyed these kinds of games give this one a try. It really is a fantastic example of the genre.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 3: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8.57/day in the week to Jul 26 → 9.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Nice mix between combat and exploration.
Very good
8/10
Whoa, wasn't expecting it to be this good. The platforming, exploration, puzzles, combat, amulets system, story - all these are top tier. Highly recommended. BTW. It's one of these metroidvanias where exploration and learning build options/synergies, gives you the feeling of being overpowered and the ability to trivialize anything (including the final bosses).
Incredible video game, super fun and surprisingly hard even on Warrior difficulty lol, worthy addition to the franchise as a whole
