I remember it being fun for a while, then becoming very difficult and losing my interest. But I do recall it being fun. For apparently an hour and a half. Watch a video and see if it's exactly what you want.

An elegant and deceptive puzzle game. I bought it because there are many reviews saying it's very close to a Zachtronics game, and it true. But it's not just a copy / paste proposition, it's a lovely exploration of the programming puzzle game genre. It feels like it has been made with love, and it is with love that I play it.
Not terrible but I'd play any Zachtronics game instead. Annoying and finicky UI with puzzles that I'm not convinced will get any more interesting. I seem to be at the halfway point, but the inclusion of infinite(?) nested modules and the ability to brute force solutions since they aren't randomized doesn't seem like a good sign for the quality of the endgame puzzles so I'd rather not waste my time. Maybe take a crack at it if you're truly desperate for a Zach-like but I'd wager you would have much more fun replaying Shenzhen I/O. Don't know if I'm being too harsh here but the bar for these types of games has been set so high that I can't overlook the flaws present in this one.

For folks who love Zachtronics games, Prime Mover fits the bill perfectly. I found it to be a more difficult variant, and incredibly rewarding when you solve it! The highly complex components you can build with dead-simple atomic pieces is astounding. Having infinite space to work on is also a great relief, although I do wish you also had infinite time (mainly just for the final puzzles).
Great programming game with limited tools! The flow control by using physical space is really fun, and the "infinite" board space allows you do some really messed up stuff. You're encouraged to use past solutions as chips in more complex puzzles (Eg, using the solution to addition as a part in multiplication), meaning that as you solve puzzles you're effectively building your own programming system, unique to you. It could use some QoL, as every time you want to add an old chip into a puzzle that doesn't contain it yet, you have to exit the level, enter the old one, copy the chip, exit [i]that[/i] level, enter the level you were in at the start, and finally place it down. Most of the controls aren't explicitly explained if you don't check the bindings in settings, so I'll explain them here; Left-click places pieces and rotates already placed ones, right-click deletes pieces, and middle-click swaps between alternate forms of a piece. If only one of altering and rotating is possible, both Lmb and Mmb will do that function. The Copy/paste tool has it's own controls. Right-click swaps between copy and paste modes, and left-click/drag will carry those out. If you have copied something, R will rotate it before it's placed, and M will mirror it
