If you liked PowerWash Simulator, you will love PowerWash Simulator 2. The sequel has everything from the first game and made it better. Now there is only 1 type of soap (no more needing to match the type of soap to the surface- i.e. needing wood soap for the tree house). The soap also works better, plus there is something really satisfying, sometimes more so than just washing the surface, with covering a surface with the white foaming soap then washing it. Now there is a home base where you can decorate with furniture and pet the cat from the first game plus 2 friends. The story picks up right where the first one left off and it's just as funny through the texts. They also added a type of currency- there is money to buy new washing equipment and there is secondary money to buy furniture (to decorate home base after you wash it) and cosmetics for your clothes and van. It seems like all DLC (paid and free) only give you the cosmetics cash. I like the 2 types of currencies. I had 3 minor complaints with the first game. First, there were too many vehicles, not enough places, and I wished there were more large locations. Second, I wished more story jobs were available at the same time so you had more choice. Three, the sensor to indicate the surface was finished was too variable- sometimes there was dirt the size of large shoe when it dinged "done", other times I needed to hunt around for the smallest speck of dirt to ding "done." The sequel fixed my first complaint- there are now huge locations and less vehicles- at least it seems like it is less vehicles. There is a negative review (with the comments off) where the person complained that the game was geared towards multiple player due to the huge levels. I find this a very silly complaint due to the power wash games being about the journey and not finishing. Anyone who complains about it taking too long to complete levels on solo mode should find a different game. Unfortunately, they did not fix my other 2 complaints- the sensor to signal "done' still varies a lot and sometimes I cannot find the speck of dirt, other times there is a large shoe size dirt when it signals "done" and, in story mode, there is mostly one level opened, and rarely maybe 2 levels available. Despite not fixing 2 of my complaints, this game is fantastic and I recommend it for everyone- it's relaxing, it reduces stress, increases mindfulness, it's fun, and there is nothing quite as satisfying as a "ding" when a surface is cleaned. I played the first game over 300 hours across multiple platforms and I will play 300+ hours of the sequel across multiple playments. Get spraying......
