Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Feels like going to school in the 90s very cool!

This isn't a game, it's just a software application. "Powerful Courses" lacks the basic mechanics that make something a game. Lacking that, this is just an application that presents a few pseudo-educational quizzes... that costs FIFTEEN BUCKS. It might as well be a browser page, it's deficient to hundreds of free online learning academies, oh, and there's another THIRTY BUCKS worth of crap DLC to unlock more crap Ukranian e-learning... which again is a million times worse than free tutorials on the internet. WTF. I know Ukraine should be trying to work for the moral high ground internationally, but when Ukranians push complete garbage scamware onto Steam like this, they aren't doing themselves any favours. . To make it clear what a game is and why this isn't one, it boils down to whether the software has any "game loops", which is the interaction between the player and the game itself. An obvious example of a game loop would be in games like Forza, where you drive a car in a circle. If you're faster and more skillful than the other drivers, you get rewarded for first place, and you repeat that test of your skill again with each race. Even open world/sandbox games like Minecraft feature a core game loop where you search for materials, use them to construct something, which rewards you in terms of increasing your progression and allowing you to repeat the next loop to get more and better materials. Those are game loops. There's no loop here, no true interactive game-like feedback. It simply is not a game, it cannot be "played". This has misleadingly been launched in the "Games" section of Steam instead of the "Software" section. This is a common mistake for developers who are new to Steam, or don't understand the difference between games and software which isn't a game. It seems this software published incorrectly as a game is simply lack of experience/knowledge of the correct process. The correct process for publishing non-game software is found here: Steam Developer Help With Software Publishing It's unfortunate this process was not known about/followed, resulting in a software application being published in the wrong place. Publishing things which aren't games on Steam in the Games section as games is misleading to gamers and somewhat harmful, because it pollutes the Steam marketplace and takes away visibility and market exposure for genuine game developers who do the right thing and make games for gamers. This lacks any gameplay or meaningful interaction, it's a software app, not a game. Because we're here in the games section of Steam, looking for games, I have to warn gamers away from this incorrectly published software. From a technical perspective, the software doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The software interface is mostly just text boxes/dialogs and features mostly static, barely animated 2D images, the kind of thing you expect to see in browser/HTML games from the 1990s. While that might be fine for the 1990s, gaming has evolved a lot since then, the ATI Rage became mainstream in 1996... it's 2026, and that kind of thing just won't fly anymore, it's just not visually up to scratch. These flaws make this software fall far short of the professional standards we expect from a modern PC game. The poor quality of this software is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 7 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 130 million gamers on Steam and well over 140,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality software is to be expected. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. So, should you buy this software? Is this one of the best of the 140,000+ games on Steam? Powerful Courses has the laughable, eye-watering price of $15 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. For comparison, the $15 asking price for this software could get you games like "Horizon: Zero Dawn", "Cuphead" or "SCUM". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this. The $15 USD purchase price is just the beginning, because there's an additional additional money in DLC to unlock the full content. That's some misleading and unfriendly marketing, to say the least. The true cost of this software is much higher than it first appears because of the paywalled content. Given the defects and quality issues with the software, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this software as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the software (to date). Until this status changes, this software will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this software.
