About
Take over your mother’s potion shop for a single, unpredictable week.
In this cozy but strategic shop management roguelike, every decision matters. Brew potions, serve strange customers, and try to keep your business alive long enough to make it to the end of the week.
Customers arrive with requests, offers, and problems: some straightforward, others… less so.
Choose how to respond:
Sell potions
Buy rare ingredients
Refuse service (at your own risk)
Your choices shape your gold and reputation. Lose either, and it’s game over.
Use three tools to craft potions:
Mortar
Cauldron
Alembic
Recipes aren’t handed to you—you’ll discover them through experimentation. Every successful discovery is permanently recorded for future runs.
As you play, your collection of known formulas grows. Mastering the system means recognizing patterns, optimizing ingredients, and preparing for what customers might ask next.
You’re not alone. Your sharp-tongued black cat companion watches everything; and isn’t shy about commenting on your choices.
Each run is a fresh attempt to survive the week:
New events and customer combinations
Different resource pressures
Increasing mastery over your recipes
Balance:
Risk vs reward
Experimentation vs reliability
Profit vs reputation
Can you keep the shop alive… for all seven days?

Soo cute. Finding potion recipes feels good, and the talking cat is funny. It's actually worth reading the interactions, and for me that's the best part. Worth the low cost, and can see myself spending a few hours here.
You might like this game if you go in with the right expectations. I didn't, but I think if I knew the below, I would have had a better time. Thus, I will make it a recommendation and hope the below review will be helpful. It's impossible to win on your first try. This game requires you to restart and/or lose several runs so that you can identify enough formulas to eventually win a run. I did not expect this (I'm used to longer games that will give me a chance to win on the first playthrough), so it resulted in some frustration. Each day is based on a real-life timer ticking up. Once the time reaches a certain point, it ends the day regardless of what you are doing. The next day, you can usually pick back up where you left off, but not always (sometimes a customer is not there any more). The resources (formulas, ingredients, wood, and gold) are scarce and rely on randomness for a chance to learn, buy, or earn. There were several times that I was sitting on my thumbs watching the clock and waiting for the day to end, so I could buy some wood to make a potion. A few times the day would end and I would suddenly not have enough gold to buy any wood, because the computer decided that I ate fish for dinner and decreased my gold to the point that I was broke. Continuing would be pointless, because I had no potions to sell for gold, didn't have any gold to buy wood, didn't have wood to make any new potion. Several times a customer or kitty would give a formula, but the formulas aren't marked as "known" until you make them. Thus, if you are out of wood or the ingredients, you either need to write it down outside the game or remember it for later. There is no assured way to learn formulas and, like mentioned earlier, are scarce. Most of the time when the cat was given an ingredient the response was "Grind that up" or "Don't grind that up". Thus, you will need to devote several runs just for formula experimentation - don't try to win, just try to mix and match and then restart when the gold and wood runs out. Providing numbers: at 100 minutes I believe I was given only 5 formulas and had experimented enough to have discovered 11 formulas on my own. There is a total of 44 formulas to discover.
Nice game, a little fun for all the witches out there!
A surprisingly adorable potion‑crafting game. The art style and music are unbelievably cute, and the whole atmosphere feels cozy from the first minute. Mixing potions is fun and relaxing, and the cat character constantly made me laugh. If you want something light, charming, and entertaining, this one is perfect.
