No reason to waste your money on this, you'll have more fun by spending the money on a cup of coffee or playing a boardgame with your grandparents, and then I'm generous. Simply NO, help others avoid a mistake by helping to vote this down from "Mixed" to "Negative" in reviews, at least I'm doing my duty. If you want an even partly interesting survival game. It's incredibly badly designed, crude graphics, and more like something that could be new and exiting 20 years ago. The huge size of the world mean nothing when everything just repeat itself and there's no difference from place to place. It's depressing to move around in, and impossible to feel any sense of immersion into the game, killing a bear or chopping some wood both feels just as boring. I've tried and own nearly all the most played and most popular Open World Survival Craft games, and perhaps I can compare it to a really bad DayZ clone, only with pure singleplayer, and like I said: Even if it says 2018, it seems to be made 20 years ago (just look at the game requirements to play it, DirectX 9 capable video card 2GB Ram is just because it's quite a big world, but repetative, and Windows XP/Vista!) BTW Dayz is on a low price when writing this, heading out in the rain to buy a PaySafeCard to get it after I post this. If you're looking for a low price survival game (even when not on sale) with a developer that you can actually communicate with, and that develop something better then this in a matter of a week or two, try Arctic Anxiety. Still very early access, released a few months ago, but the graphics and physics already is far beyond what this piece of **** is capable of. And it's already fun, and immersive. Pure survival, no zombies, no enemies at all, but still scared me when going mad in the night... So yes, this I got refunded, where I explained the photos are not giving a honest impression of what the game really is like. And got the cash back.
Pretty much a snoozer. I forced myself to play for an hour at minimum. Here's the thing: If you're not going to do Post apocalypse with zombies or robots or something to build tension, then you really need to ace the graphics and depth of the survival experience. This does none of that. Useless day night cycle, minimal skill depth, forgettable scenery and third-rate graphics make this a bit grueling. I would love to see a game with this premise really get into detail with crafting/building. 7 Days to Die has far more depth.
Abandoned. Dont waste money
I was initially put off getting this game. The weird arm animations were mainly what did it, to be honest. I'm fine with "bad" graphics if they're animated well, in fact these days I've developed a taste for low poly/old school styles. But buy it I did, eventually. The game feels much nicer to play than I expected. Controls are good, movement is smooth, animations are... interesting at times, but quite charming. The game is surprisingly difficult, too. Although I suspect a certain amount of that is down to what seem like unbalanced mechanics (such as literally any length of sleep time ticking down a full day, or the all too familiar curse of the survival game: starvation within minutes should you dare to do more than stand still and whistle). Your nemeses are boar, it would seem. I've only tried the game out for an hour and already I've been conditioned to fear oinking. The concept is brilliant, some nice little twists on the genre, and I really hope the developer continues to improve upon it because it really could become something very special indeed. But the UI needs prettying up, some quality of life functionality needs to be added, the arm animations *really* need reworking, and everything needs a re-balance. As an early access game, especially one in a genre saturated with half-arsed abandonware that keeps cloning the same formula, I'd happily recommend this game. However, bear in mind the rest of this review. It really does need work.
If you like to build things, explore or chill, this is your game. Besides these and completing achievements or collecting trading carts you don't have anything to do. 6/10.
good game but needs to be better graphic not bad music perfect fits the game move ment dosent have crouch or sprint hunger and water bar runs outs to quick sleeping system is not good a day in this game its 3 or 4 minutes my review for this games is good 7/10
Overall a very fun game once you get the hang of it and know what to do to survive. The game has a lot of issues and bugs but they are not game-breaking so you can still enjoy the game very much!
