Do not spend money on this game. It is absolutely inexcusably bad in its current state. Something as basic as menus do not work correctly (for example: Attempting to rebind your controls, if something is bound elsewhere pops up a choice of whether you want to bind it or not, and unbind the other or not. However, pressing enter to select the option ALSO presses enter to rebind the key, again. They couldn't figure out how to only make the active menu active. This is NOT the only example.) This game has been available to the public for nearly six years, has been out of Early Access for four, has had a patch as recently as four months ago and is *STILL* in this bad of shape? No, that's an intolerable level of incompetence, This is on top of being extremely unstable, crashes, checkpoints that load you on the wrong map so you get stuck, or load you in without loading the level because it's the wrong level so you just fall into the void, etc. etc. etc. Even on the gameplay side, this is a giant fail for me. Postal 2 is one of my all time favorite games, largely due to the Postal Dude being a passive participant in a world going insane around him. This means that you are not the source of the violence, nor do you ever have to commit any. The game was a beautiful middle finger at the Jack Thompson types who proclaimed that "video games make you violent" by pointing out that any violence you DO do in this game is entirely optional and thus YOUR fault, not the developers. That is not the case in this game. A prime example is a callback to Postal 2 here, the petition. In that game, you could keep asking until you got enough signatures. Here, you cannot get ANY unless you threaten people with a firearm (and the controls they tell you for how to do this are wrong). There are mandatory boss fights. This is a shame becuase there ARE some missions where you don't have to be violent, yet still are missions rather than being passive. Such as having to take a fire hose to wash away large piles of feces. You, of course, are attacked during this, but you could just use the fire hose to knock people away. Still more "violent" than not doing anything, but a viable "pacifist" solution. So it can be done, but much of the game is not like that. It is closer to Postal 3 in the missions, but without even having that game's 'Morality' system that did let you be more pacifist. The game has some wonderful elements, few and far between. Having a choice in voice actors between Rick Hunter (Postal 2), Corey Cruise (Postal 3), Zack Ward (the movie), or Jon St. John (Duke Nukem 3D) is amazing. There are a few other hidden touches and references that are good. But they are massively overshadowed by just how bad the game overall is. The technical instability alone is enough for you to stay away from this game altogether. Just don't give support to developers who can't develop properly. Go play Postal 2, and the DLC Paradise Lost instead. Replay them. And just hope that RWS can remember WHAT made their classic game classic, and quit pumping out these disasters.

Прошел постал 4 Ну что сказать, игра говно. Миссии. Не смотря на интересный концепт у некоторых из них, ни одной хорошо сделанной мисссии в игре нет. Они долгие, они запутанные и все время хотят чтобы я сделал что-то десять раз (вкрутил лампочку, привел собаку, зактнул дырку, расстрелял трансформатор, закрасил стену). Не представляю как на данный момент пройти игру на пацифиста. Все так и хотят в меня выстрелить. Отдельно хочу выделить ВР миссию, уж насколько я спокойный человек, но тут я чуть не дропнул игру. Такое надо вырезать. Графон. Мыльное говно. При каждом заходе в игру, графические настройки сбиваются. Приходится постоянно выставлять фпс кап, dlss и прочие настройки заного. Настройка чтобы трупы не исчезали вообще не сохраняется. Интерьер внутри домов прикольный, многие объекты имеют свою физику. Стрельба. Самая прикольная часть игры, оружие интересное, стрелять прикольно, расчлененка прокачалась. NPC без ног смешно прыгают). НО бег с оружием, прицеливание, все это выглядит как дефолтный каловый шутан на анрилопараше. Город. Просто говно, мне нечего сказать. Хуевые активности, говенные сайдквесты, непонятно ♥♥♥♥♥ нужные гигантские полупустые расстояния.
I don't get the hate against Postal 4, i get a crash every now and then and they could make it perform better, but im using 3 year old hardware and 16 gigs of ram, and i can get it to run well. Overall, great game, would recommend.

Yeah gonna be honest the games ♥♥♥♥, has the humour of an edgy 8 year old just poop humour swearing and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ political humour worse then the democrat tiktok account. The game is a buggy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and isnt good at all.
First of all, I want to mention that Postal 2 was one of my first PC games. I played STP multiplayer for around 2,000 hours and would still recommend it, because it’s simply iconic for what it is. But this game? Almost seven years after release and still unfinished. People keep saying things like: “Give the developers time.” “Postal 2 also needed years to become good.” No. They still call it a beta, even though they pushed out a 1.0 “full release.” Multiplayer is still only available in the beta branch. It’s the second most disappointing entry in the series after Postal 3. It tries to recapture the dark humor and chaotic charm that Postal 2 had, to grasp some of its former glory. But instead it feels like a complete mess, thrown together by a bunch of divorced 4chan edgelord dads.
I know why people dislike this postal game and all, but honestly for me, it aint that bad, defenetly not better than postal 2 but i had my enjoyment out of it.

I put all my settings at the lowest and i still cant play for more then 10 minutes. I WAS so excited to play this cause i liked postal 3... HOW DOES POSTAL THREE HAVE MORE LOVE THEN THIS!?!?!? anyway I HOPE postal 2 redux wont be as Bullcrap as this... sigh RWS please fix this game i cant even finish Monday without it crashing and I would have loved to play this with friends but... I CANT EVEN RUN THE DUMB GAME!!!!!!!!!!!
