About
In the dark shadows of your kidnapper's dungeon, you awaken to find yourself in the clutches of a deranged old man who sees you as nothing more than a doll. He has curated a sadistic game of control, where your survival depends on your ability to master his twisted version of childhood fun.
You will die.
Your captor has devised a series of deadly games for you to play. Each one more disturbing than the last, these challenges are designed to test your worthiness as his perfect "plaything." Failure means death, and success could mean becoming a permanent addition to his collection. Your only chance is to find a way to escape by yourself.
Find tools, interact with the environment and inspect items to find your way out. Each run has a different set of tools, games and means of escape. There is no safety net.
Each attempt you are a new victim. Don't expect the same games or means to escape. As such the game splits into two main sections - his games and your escape. If you manage to leave your room of captivity, better not get caught.
Will you manage to get out alive?

not sure you can actually beat the game. every time I flip a switch in the toy room, then return to the room to wait for the next time by using the bath, it kills me. occasionally the time you have out of the room is so much shorter than it should be and you just lose. just seems too tedious and unfair after a while. I see the achievement rate is 0% for beating the game, so like, not a good sign. also the hopscotch game is definitely the jankiest, lowest completion rate according to the achievements. I only finished it once, other times it would change colors and just kill me instantly.
nice little game that keeps you interested in progressing

A very fun but also challenging game! Wasnt able to escape yet, you really need to learn to qwirks af you kidnapper. Also the voiceover is creepy - in a good way.
Plaything is a very challenging game with very good graphics and puzzles which also works well with controller, its unforgiving and the game resets after every death but that's part of the feel of what its meant to be, i had a few issues with the game freezing after dying a number of times but a quick refresh and things where fine again, its worth playing if you want a challenge however the weighs game has an issue with the weights staying on the scales, other than that i enjoyed the game a lot and cant wait to try finish it 💚💙
After I tried this game on a friend's computer, i decidided to buy it myself. It starts with some mini games which for some reason reminded me of the SquidGame series. The mini games are more challenging than I first thought. This game is really hard. At least for me :) Seems like failing and dying multiple times is part of the game. There is no game save. Everytime you die or restart the game, you start from the beginning. That's a little bit annoying, also it is what makes this game interesting. All you have to beat this game is your knowledge of the previous tries. BUT the clues you get in game is different at different places with every run. So it's not always the same.
Nervenzerfetzend und schwer, aber ich schaff das bestimmt schon noch...
Merkbar neu aber eine interessante Idee. Die verschiedenen Rätsel sorgen für Abwechselung. Würde ich weiterempfehlen
Plaything - a thing to play in every situation! It's an escape room like game with minigame challanges - a short paced "thing" with lots of possible deaths achievements. For me it is a good mixture between a spooky horror touch, without being too creepy, and 3D jump-and-run. I found many of the challanges rather hard to solve and there are occasional glitches in the rendering: picked up objects flickered occasionally - but it's indie so it fits the game. I enjoyed the start of the game with the voice of the lunatic, but after having died many times it would be a good option to skip it and proceed to the next minigame right away. In summary: definitely give it a try!
Well Well Well :D What an interesting game :D Really enjoyable even if there are annoying things, like picking up the weights and it picks others we dont want, game of cube letters , and other minor things. but somehow the game made me stuck to it and didnt rest while didnt finished it :D and after 30 times i died i finnaly done it with cutting pliers through toyshop xD Ill recommend the game and i think that the price for it is the right one. Got key on keymailer btw ;) really enjoyed testing it ^^ www.twitch.tv/sirraph Cheers
