I bought this 'game' on the very 1st day of release and not much to do in it at the moment. What you see in the preview photos above is really what you'll be getting.
At this stage, the generic nude model can not be customised at all, the boob movements are a bit stiff (as if they are implants). Her skin was rough (Sorry I prefer silky skin...) Her moaning was alright realistic but lack variety / volume dynamics (as if it loops into eternity).
You can adjust the speed on the left side slide-bar which is pretty self-explanatory. There is also this camera view button that you can toggle between Auto switch angles or stay on one particular perspective.
Currently only 2 available Positions (Doggy + Missionary), hopefully they will add more as Play-Me matures.
On the right bottom corner, there's this button where you can choose what you want to stick into her. Most of them are dildos of some sort but the differences are slim (Not like she gets different types of stimulation from them). Would be nice if they put in things like "Tongue", "Fingers", "Fist", Ben-Wa Balls, Cuffs etc... to cover more fetishes to go along with how she'll react.
Over on the top right corner, a pleasure bar fills up gradually as the 'game' progresses. Needless to say, the faster you bonk her, the faster the bar fills up. At 100%, you get to see an animation of her having orgasm... BUT there is no ♥♥♥ nor squirt!!! At that very moment, I'm a bit disappointed since I don't really see much point doing it. As in, No rewards, no levels, no achievements... then you loop back to where you started. You don't even get to see your ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥ (Well because you were using dildos unlike other pre-existed games).
This type of 'game' has potential but at this starting stage, this one still got a LOT of room for improvement and advancement. I really look forward to the upcoming additions.
For what it is right now, I DO NOT recommend players paying for this. It lacks content for the amount they charge. There's not much to do for now. Unless you want to chip-in to help fund the developers out as encouragement. :)
Otherwise, stick to porn videos until early access's over.

Follow Up review - 3 months after original review above [ Spoiler Alert !! ]
Pros:
Ooookkk~ they seems to have improved the skin graphics of the nude avatar. Certain parts, like the limbs, shoulders etc no longer graphically twitch / glitch abnormally, no matter how hard you exorcise her.
Details such as her breathing (i.e. in terms of rib cage expansion and minute stomach muscle contraction etc) has been made more noticeable for a more realistic look.
The sound effects also seem to have been worked on, with slamming and squirting sounds more on point. I also notice how there's now body fluid droplets flying in the air as part of the action.
Wooo~ A new Dance mode has been added which is basically where the nude avatar dance.... kinda awkwardly with no background (apart from some floating hearts) in a screen-saver like setting. The idea itself is good, keep building on that please. Perhaps, give her a chair, a pole, some kind of prop etc. Or start the dance off when she was semi dressed for a striptease sequence would be nice.
Cons:
Please work on the boobs animations, especially when if you are boinking her crazy, they suppose to swing or sway like no tomorrow (e.g. in circular, up/down or v shaped motion... if the modelling couldn't be done via motion capture, at least take reference from real boob p0rn videos) Say- NO to nipples on rocks.
The animations for her neck, face, head and hair can also be even more dynamic. As of now, anything above her shoulder looked stiff and unnatural. Since she has long hair, would be nice to see her flick her hair occasionally yes?
If budget or time allows, consider improving her facial expressions further. SIutty looks more lovable than Goldfish.
Dance mode is new yes, I hope gamers can interact with her at some point in the future. The game is named "Play Me" not "Watch Me" right?

All in all, I believe this game is improving and on the right track. The new Dance Mode actually was an interesting addition. I'm glad the developers are still working on this instead of abandoning the project like many other games with potential.
