Reviews
This is legitimately a good game. And the art style is really cool to look at.
• First game to give me the FTL feels, minus the micro-managing minutiae. • Grows more complicated as you progress. • Death to planet dwellers!
Very, VERY bad optimisiation. Over 10 weapons and some fleet i have something about 5-10 fps =_= Do something and i change my opinion

Simple and fun. 3 hours later in end space 22 bricked my journey because can't go anywhere - deserved
Enjoyable roguelite. I had lots of fun with the demo and I'm having lots of fun with the full game!
price seemed a bit high after playing demo. however, after playing full game it is well worth the price. really fun and worth it.
Exterminatus the Roguelike SHMUP. I kind of feel like this is an analogue to an early Vampire Survivors for its play type. It has a lot of potential. Similar to my feelings on VS - you'll either like the gameplay loop on offer or you won't. If you do like it, there's a lot of game already on offer for a modest price. The 'early' part of the analogy is in that this needs some polish and refinement - better explanations of how a few weapons work or why planets suddenly pop when they still have significant health, or not spawning your ship basically in knife-fighting range of the planet because late game defenses can possibly one-shot immediately before you have any chance to react. Current mechanics at the time of this review favor medium-small ship sizes, speed to dodge, and escorts to be decoys carrying extra weapon batteries. Hull-only ships that lack regenerating shields and large sluggish super-capitals both feel like the game is working against them with very difficult ceilings to push against. Dev appears to be listening to feedback and incorporating good suggestions, so cautious thumbs up that future refinement is promising.
This game is incredibly addictive, so be careful. Also, the dev is very responsive and active! My gf had a problem with cloud synching saves and the update was pushed out within 24 hours.
You drive straight through the crust and mantel of a planet firing kiloton nukes and deathstar lasers, then warp away in style with your homies. The civilians panic, the enemy fleet is too late to stop you. If you've never wanted to vaporize a planet in two seconds, this game is not for you. For the rest of us...
