I am enjoying the game so far! I have only played the multiplayer versus mode, but there has been a satisfying room for exploring different mechanics and builds. I have encountered several bugs so far but that is expected so early on, so it hasn't felt so bad. The "Elite League" is interesting in the multiplayer mode is neat and I appreciate having the ability to extend the run past the "win". Initially the way the game handles movement and turns felt annoying as it seems to make battles feel much more luck based compared to similar auto-battlers as you can get streaks where each unit walks one-by-one into enemy range and gets one-shot so you can lose while possessing a huge material advantage. After playing a bit more I am still a little unsure how I feel about the system overall, but I am able to see ways to strategize around it so for now I am happy to play around with it and view it as a system to use to your advantage. I like the customization options present as well and enjoy the general design of the different units. Ultimately I have been enjoying the game and look forward to see where it goes!

If you yell at the Dev on discord he'll give you better luck 10/10 game
This is really cool! It plays like TFT as an auto battler and it has alot of passion. The only downside I can say right now is it feels unclear what's happening initially and the tutorial isn't that fleshed out which might turn away new players. Will look forward to playing more
My friend who I play CS:GO with said if I post a review on Pixelitos - Spritle Royale and it gets 50 likes and 30 Awards that he will buy me a RTX 3060 and 1 Kilo of Lemon . So im just gonna leave this here. Help a brotha
Game is incredibly unbalanced. It's not fun to try different builds just to lose to the same exact one every single time. The game does not encourage experimentation whatsoever. There is legitimately one build that completely destroys everything, its not even close.
Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no substantial single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
This was a poorly made Pokemon ripoff, seeking to differentiate only slightly by allowing team battles instead of Pokemon's more direct 1:1 duels. Unfortunately balance was never a consideration, so one meta build dominated the game and everyone got bored and left. So, "Pixelitos - Spritle Royale" is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail? It's video game autopsy time! Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result. Let's go into some of the reasons this particular game failed to appeal to gamers, despite the zero up front cost. First and foremost, there's no meaningful single player content. The developer gambled that other players would be an acceptable substitute for adding storytelling, level design etc to the Game. They lost that bet. Without a huge community of players or single player content to add a lasting value to the game, the game dies. Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable substitute for adding content to a game. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. Most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's usually some kind of monetisation, from nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, to any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable, or something you might want to spend your time on. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's well over 130 million gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at less than 100 concurrent players, they couldn't even break three figures, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.
no balance. 1 attempt to complete the tower in story mode.
This game is pretty fun, and i like the battle style. The game is pretty glitchy rn and the online isnt very populated bu the story mode an battle sytem are really good
