It's a spiritual successor to Chu Chu Rocket with score attack gameplay similar to the Pacman Championship Edition games. I haven't played in a year, and much of my playtime was done in offline mode, I'm mostly writing this because I'm surprised this game hasn't received more attention given how polished and fun it is. The controls may not be for everyone, but if you enjoy games like snake that require precision timing to accomplish any feat of high scoring it shouldn't be that unusual to get used to. The art direction is really fun and, if played on a big enough screen, actually lets you telegraph the next level to start strategizing as you're playing as you descend further into the map. The other game modes offer a refreshing break from the frantic 'in the zone' gameplay of the main mode. The music and announcers make playing through a regular round enjoyable and work well with frequently dying or having an excellent run. I bought this 8-9 years ago at full price ($9.99) because I was on a 'new arcade style game' and sometimes still pick this back up over Pacman CE 1 or 2 when I want to scratch that itch. It's more than worth the full price now (half of what I paid) and criminal that more people aren't picking this gem up when it's on sale for the price of a jumbo gumball (74 cents?!). If you like arcade style games like Chu Chu Rocket and games like Pacman Championship Edition: just buy it.
Psychedelic Pac-Man that includes a separate puzzle mode. Really neat effects transitioning between levels and at high combo points.
brain hurt
Жалкое подобие PacMan. Плюс управление не очень отзывчивое. И нет какой-то динамики, как у пак-мена.
Very good concept mixing the games of pacman and snake and adding puzzles to maximize points and get bigger combos but the game feels laggy and unresponsive at times, bad combination for this kind of game.
It's just not fun :(
Got it on a sale and for the price, it looks really nice on a TV. Insane amounts of visual polish compared to everything else in the game. However, the gameplay itself is a bit shallow. I thought it might be a nice super simple game for kids to play, but you die if you get to a corner and don't press a direction fast enough, so it's a bit more stressful than it needs to be.
Good game to play if your bored 👍
Great precise gameplay.
