Piwall - Something tells me this game should still be in early access. The game itself has a great concept and once some of the bugs are worked out, I think the game could be a nice addition to an Arcaders collection, however, at the time of writing this, I cannot recommend it. Literally the controls are buggy, the program itself is buggy. My hope is the developer is continuing to work on this program as it needs it and I WILL CHANGE THIS REVIEW IF THE PROGRAM WARRANTS IT!

Unfortunately perspective is off! You just hover over everything ..... meaning this game simply does not work. I am using a windows mixed reality headset, maybe it works on different hardware!

I'm a huge fan of pinball, so I was happy to be able to try this one out. Unfortunately, it doesn't compare in any way to any of the great pinball games available on Steam. The table and environment looks pretty, but that's about it. The active arcade background is neat, but it seems to take so much in the way of resources that the controls for the pinball table itself run painfully slow. Control responsiveness is one of the most important characteristics of a virtual pinball table. Also, with everything running in the background, when things started to slow down, it sounded awful on my system. The physics simulation seems off. It feels most noticeable with regard to paddle friction and momentum. I ended up having to actively capture the ball on each return since simply tapping the ball would result in the ball slipping off the end of the paddle. There's no way I could find to reassign keyboard commands (which is important for me for a pinball simulation) and also no nudge mechanics I could find (which, combined with wonky paddle physics and slow control response, makes surviving very long extremely challenging, but not in a good sort of way). The table design itself seems overly simplistic, but it might be the case that more interesting mechanics can be unlocked. I think I interacted with everything on the table, but I might have missed something. On a side note, the font used for the score counter makes the score extremely challenging to read at a glance.

Windows XP Pinball game is the best

[h1] Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch controllers [/h1] So to be clear, the Touch controlllers do work, but they are just used as a gamepad. So you might as well use a gamepad or keyboard instead. I also noticed an issue where the right trigger button which controlled the right side flippers, did not always respond to my click. I did NOT notice the perspective issue that several negative reviews mention. In any event, I can't recommend this game. Even at free it's not worth the download. There's not much entertainment value here to be had. Plus you get an annoying ad browser at the end of the game (those things should be banned from Steam!). The pinball machine is just too basic. And with no motion controls there's no sense of immersion. I got bored after less than 5 minutes. I kept playing past 5 minutes just to give you all this review. Rate 4/10. You're welcome!
