Pegs X Stickers

I like it but something about the lack of dynamic gameplay just doesn't sit right with me. It's hard to explain but you'll know if you play it. That aside, it's a cool concept and it's alright for the price, I just wish there was more going on. One thing I love is the graphics, it's very nice to look at which really helps. It's a recommend but not super enthusiastic.

I would say this game is worth the money. It gives you what you would expect. There are some bugs as of this review but i believe in the developers since the game was just released

I sunk 7 hours into the demo of this game, and I can happily say its Radical!

I played the demo of this game a bunch, so far the full game is a huge improvement over the demo! The art and sound design of this game is sick, really gives me balatro vibes! I can feel how much time and thought went into every little detail!

I tried this game because my sister recommended this to me and it is really fun and addictive.

A highly addictive little game that combines two of my favourite games, Balatro and Peggle! Can already tell this is going to consume most of my weekend. An absolute steal at £4, pick it up!!

This game is a bit of a mixed bag, for me, but ultimately I'm going to give it a thumbs up because it IS fun. It is enjoyable and does some fun things so far, and I have not yet unlocked everything, but the way it plays it does feel like it wants you to lose a bunch before you start winning at all. In my three runs so far, I made it within the last 4 stages (of 20 per game), but just didn't have enough synergy on the board to make it all the way through. As I unlocked new Pegs and Stickers, they had stronger effects on the game - not necessarily different ways of thinking about how to play. The main gameplay loop is very much just Balatro with Peggle/Peglin elements. Part of what's fun about Peglin is that the ball interacts with the pegs in interesting ways - here, you design your own peg layout (ala Ballionaire) but your shots in this game feel very static. You can basically repeat the same pattern *every* shot with little to no variation. If you find the right way to bounce your ball, you keep your shot lined up the exact same way and essentially do the same shot 2-5 times to get the score you need to pass the level. It has that juice that makes pachinko-style games fun, and there's enough customization to keep playing, but I really think a second look at the underlying game mechanic may be warranted. Games like Balatro and Peglin are entertaining (and interest-retaining) because there is a lot of ways for things to "go different this time". I felt that is far less true of "Pegs X Stickers". It is still worth the price, and I wish the best for the dev. I'll still be playing it from time to time because I want to explore it more, but it's no replacement for Peglin.
