You are a new recruit aboard a trade ship, set to make a standard route. However, things go wrong and the ship gets lost in space. You will need to build rep with your crewmates, make hard decisions, and avoid organized gangs operating in space in order for you and your crewmates to get through this.

This is a retro pixel 2D JRPG stamped out with what looks like RPG Maker, enabling low effort devs to churn out low effort JRPGs (not the good ones, ones that look like bad ripoffs of Final Fantasy 2). The developers at least managed to come up with some of their own art assets which is a nice touch. On to the bad (and there's a lot of it). Poor high school fanfic tier story is married to ugly retro pixel graphics, and like many RPG Maker games, no working fullscreen. Really unacceptable for a game released on PC in 2018. The real kicker is the devs have some incompatibilities with Node.js that renders the game unlaunchable. Instead of fixing it the devs rely on a forum post that has you go delete files in your user profile (breaking who knows what) just to get the game to launch. Games that require you to jump through hoops because the developers can't be bothered fixing them are cancer. Like RPG Maker games! And two cancers don't make a cure. I can see why this went straight to shovelware bundles. Not worth $9.90. In fact if you see a bundle with this game in it, it might be best to avoid the whole bundle. Also, 25 paid reviews for this game on Steam... not at all suspicious!
Oh my! Had so much fun with it. Err please remember that the medic room is not in the room you are first invited; that door seems to be always opened up to Edan so if you receive the keycard for the Medic, it is the second top on the right above Edan's. (port I think?) One sentence came to my mind commenting to the creator; I really like the config of this ship. You could make a square feel sexy in space. XD So the spaceship do not look like a square but as Matseb2611 assumed after it; "Pegasus-5 - Making a square feel sexy in space since 2018." Classical RPG game but no old SNES fighting. You have to use your head and stats points a lot it is a CoC .

If you're familiar with Snares of Ruin and enjoyed it, I can say the formula of this game is pretty much the same. It is essentially Snares with less ambition and less scope and lasts just enough not to get you bored. The dev needs the means to make a sequel of Snares of Ruins, so if you like these games I'd say you should support him. They are pretty cheap anyway, and ridiculously cheap during a sale. If you've just stumbled upon the game by surprise and have no previous experience with White Shadow's games, I can say it's a story rich game where your choices matter, where there is replayability and several approaches to the same situation, where you'll grow attached to the characters, can date females and grow attached to them even more ;) Graphics are nothing much as RPG Makes is pretty much obsolete in 2018. But CGs and music are very well done and give the game necessary charm and atmosphere. There are also no grinding, RPG-style combat and everything else you'd expect from a Maker game. So I'd say you should try it. You'll probably like it ^_^
Better than I thought it would be. Story is very well written. Characters are fairly fleshed out and likable. Minor bugs but nothing game breaking. If you don't mind a short story this one is worth your time and money.
Pegasus-5, is a great game. I only bought it to help support the developer & speed up funding for part 3 of Snares of ruin, but after playing it I was very happy with my purchase. -Pros Great story arc. Many ways you can finish the game. Great Music never a dull moment, also love the color of the stars in the background. -Cons Only can think of two. First: a bit too short of a story I think my first play through was with all members in tow 3-4hrs Two: romance seams forced because you only spend so much time with each character, & it seams its Alelaira that gets most of that time even if you don't pursue her. 4/5 pick it up if you liked Snares of ruin.
This game has some minor bugs , last 4 hours and requires you to play through the game once to know a head of time what you need to save lives. Its not a bad game, so its a shame it is so short but its worth playing once or twice. I liked all the characters in the game, both the good and bad guys.
Taki trochę bieda Mass Effect w skali micro.
I been playing this game on and off and gotta say it seems cool, thought i do wish i could make a choice of male and female and what they look like, but am cool with being male. The sprites do bother me a bit, they look weird when u run and walk. Ok i finished it, not sure if there is more ending. But its a really decent game, which there was more and hope in future maybe a sequel to find out what happens next
