It's actually really fun, pretty indepth and intuitive, you can choose how much power to put on the shots or the spin, the trajectory, the oil on the lanes makes a difference, the ball you use makes a difference. Seems like one of those games that's easy to learn and hard to master. Very fun to play with some friends for a couple of hours at a time, if the career mode isn't your thing.
This game is excellent. I have put in double digit hours trying to unlock every tournament and bowling ball. The game continues to challenge you as you progress with different oil patterns and opponents (don't get me started on how hard some of them are - let's just say I've hit the Restart Match button A LOT). The bowling balls you collect in the game a bowling balls you can actually buy IRL which is awesome. It has helped me find my way back to bowling IRL after 20 years. The devs are awesome. They are really active in the PBA Pro Bowling 2026 Discord server. I had a bug where my save file accidentally got deleted. After messaging the Dev Lead, he was able to help get my game progress restored. On a Friday night no less!
Pretty decent game! The arcade physics feel closer to real-life in my opinion. Worth $40? Not quite, but when it's on-sale, I'd definitely recommend picking this game up.
Love the game, Love how they have added cross platform and now able to play with friends that are on different consoles. I would like to see more player packs like EJ Tackett get his own pack. Cant wait to see what they add in the next years
I've been playing since the playtest and have been having a blast ever since, I've also been going out to local alleys to play more because this game gave me a new spark. Game runs well and it is also beautiful.
Easily the best Bowling video game I've played. Graphics are solid ball art and reaction fun. Best part is obviously the oil pattern breakdown and the new cross-platform team play makes this a no-brainer purchase for any bowling enthusiast.

If you like bowling, but can't bowl this game is great, if you can bowl it is probably good too. I suck at bowling irl but I am decent at this, take that AI NPCs
Every single time I exit a solo game, I get a small box saying "fatal error", and have to totally restart the game. I've reported this months ago and...well, you know. It's very difficult to give proper spin when using a controller. You're supposed to start taking the shot (pulling a joystick back) and then using the other joystick, give it an amount of spin. Since that's basically impossible, you need to let your "shot" joystick bounce back and forth until you've decided that your "spin" joystick has given it the spin you want. Why so complicated. Duckpin and CandlePin modes are actually very, very good. Unfortunately, there is no online play for those modes, so you can't play against other people online.
