Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 691/day in the week to Jul 17 → 4.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Poorly optimized ... keeps crashing every couple hours. The developers are abysmal... they promise and promise and promise then never deliver. Beautiful game ... but combat is seriously lacking. No depth to encounters. Dungeons are very copy and paste. While crafting has improved with regard to depth, the grind VERY QUICKLY burns people out - with little but that next rock to mine. I want to love this game and it has great potential - the the developers have squandered their time. For instance - only at the last month or so before pre-wipe they never had essentials like a compass. Get it together or step out. You're hemorrhaging people with your money model and lack luster handling of 'stuff' like creature encounters. It took you how long to get goats in the game ... give me a break. I would like to add, archery progression - something I want to specialize in - is much slower than other weapon skills. Atop that, ALL arrows crafted reside in your inventory taking up space. No quivers, no carry-able containers like backpack, and that inventory space - foisted upon the user is extremely small. This was quested in the past to be fixed, and it makes the time spent in game a serious busy body effort. If you have time on your hands - this is a great waste of it. You can make beautiful buildings!

Really enjoying myself so far. - Enjoying the crafting - Enjoying the exploring Just made my first sword and heading out to use it next time I log on. Will easily get my $20 worth out of this adventure.
Embora seja tranquilo jogar sozinho.
This is a hard game for hard men, totally not a pretty minecraft where you gather and build. THIS IS PVP, SON! Carebears, beware! (lol)
Yes, i would recommend this game to you, if you - after reading what i write - come to the conclusion that you are such a type of gamer. Why do i like the game? First of all, it is so unbelievably beautiful. Nature in this game is graphically exemplary with how everything comes together, from the flora, fauna, lighting, movement. UE5 really shows its muscles here. For me, it gives me pleasure to wander through the landscape and just look at stuff. Secondly, The world is huge and the biomes are different enough from eachother to be interesting. Thirdly, the resource variety is immense and the feeling of wonder and discovering something new does happen for a long time. But the most important point, why i like this game is this. Pax Dei offers a unique experience as a medieval third person roleplay simulator that - if social interaction is happening - can be the perfect experience when you like to slip into the role of a blacksmith, weaver, hunter, cook, alchemist etc.. If you want to be a know-it-all singleplayer character, you are missing the point of the game and will probably find yourself in a grindfest for all eternity. But if you want to play a role in a medieval community and help eachother with the goods and skills you provide, this can be the perfect opportunity. Bear with me here. Imagine you have 4 friends who like to play with you and you all decide on focusing on one profession. One of you will become a blacksmith, the other a hunter, the third a weaver and the last a Cook/Alchemist or whatnot. woodcrafting will be something you all do. This is how it is supposed to work in the game: Nearly every profession provides something for the other professions they need for more complex/advanced recipes. The crafting system is specifically designed around this idea. So if you have four friends or five, you can easily work together to provide for eachother, even if you're strangers, you provide through the market. The fighting is something i experienced as hard - which is a good thing. You will probably never ever be able to go into dungeons alone. It is just not possible, because of the amount and strength of the enemies. But if you have the friends i mentioned above, it will be a good experience although the fighting system may seem rudimentary to you. And yes, compared to other games, it might be, but this is not a fight-focused game. In my experience it is a lot of fun, to slay enemies with friends and have specific roles. and yes, dungeons pay off with loot which let you craft unique stuff. Now to the sad part. I had those 4 friends only for a short time. I ended up with one friend left playing and it did not work because some professions were missing. What happened was, we needed to learn everything. And it became the grindfest i was talking about. And after a while, due to that, i was left alone. Unfortunately the land is wide.... and its empty. People are scattered and there are a lot of homes / villages with no people in it. The market is close to none existet and provides mostly final producty and not components you need to progress. So you have to craft them yourself. So, in conclusion. Play this, if you have a few friends, to get the full, intended experience. Play single-player at your own risk. Do not complain about things, this game does not want to be.
Tem potencial.
