Love the game so far. It has what a lot of MMOs that come and go don't have... depth. Lots of reviews talk about the grind and want their hands held and everything to be easy. This game reminds me a lot of Ultima Online (the Ultimate Grindfest) but with gorgeous graphics that make you want to stop and enjoy the views. You can be a casual or hardcore gamer in this game. Just log in top up your stations or go explore, the world is massive. Defintely worth the price. Not sure why people whine about plots... you get one for free. If you want to build a bigger plot then subscribe and help pay for future content.

Das Spiel bietet hauptsächlich ein sehr gutes Housing, ein umfangreiches Handwerkssystem, Dungeons und eine PvP-Zone. Wer in einer wunderschönen aber auch langweiligen Open World gerne Rohstoffe sammelt wird sich in Pax Dei sehr lange beschäftigen können. Aber 50+ Stunden Spielzeit sind auf jeden Fall drin. Und wer alle Berufe hochziehen möchte benötigt extrem viel Zeit. Negativ: Jegliche Waffenart, Rüstungsart und jegliche Rüstungsvariante verfügt über ein separates Stufensystem! Diesen extra Zeitaufwand beim leveln sollte man neben dem Handwerk auch noch berücksichtigen. Neben dem fehlenden Gruppenfinder gibt es keinen gebietsübergreifenden Chat (Zonen). Dies erschwert die Gruppensuche stark, oder man tritt einer Gilde bei was das Problem kompensieren kann. Ein Gebiet mit vielen anderen Spielern kann deshalb eine wichtige Entscheidung für die Lage des Grundstücks sein, sofern man dieses nutzen möchte. Mein Tipp: An den Marktständen von anderen Spielern kann man sich günstig Ausrüstung kaufen und in den Kisten mit einem Herz markiert wird viel verschenkt.
Riesiges Potential. Das Spiel macht schon jetzt super viel Spass. Die Entwickler sind auf einem guten Weg und kommunizieren ehrlich. Macht wirklich einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Bestes Bausystem das es je gab.
Was für ein tolles Spiel . Ich gebe zu , die Entwickler müssen noch viel aus-/aufarbeiten , ABER eine super Atmosphäre , viel Liebe im Detail , schöne Landschaften und ein solides Krafting-System. Ja , man muss durch Fleiß und Geduld einige Hürden nehmen. Man bekommt eben nicht , ohne was dafür zu tun , einfach ein schönes Schloss oder eine geile Rüstung hingestellt. Auf jeden Fall langzeitfesselnd. Super Bau-Mechaniken , man lernt jeden Tag was dazu . Die ♥♥♥-Preise sind okay , F2P kann man aber auch gut zocken .

I have not experienced everything the game has to offer, at 40 hours in I have only briefly left my home province of Kerys. There is still group PvE and PvP content that I also have not been part of yet. I was sceptical to pick up the game as reviews are mixed at the moment, but I decided to pull the trigger and I am very glad I did. If you enjoy games like OSRS, Valheim, Minecraft or Vintage Story then I think you will enjoy this game. Visually the game is beautiful, especially when you see all the amazing structures, castles, houses and villages players have built that look like they are baked in. The building is very intuitive, similar to Valheim, with the need for supporting build pieces. The levelling system is similar to OSRS, each tier of equipment needs a certain skill level to unlock. It is a grind. Things will take a while to get established, but speak to your neighbours and the 50 wrought iron nails you need for a new crafting bench will turn up, or you'll travel 30 IRL minutes to meet someone who can craft you some sconces for your house. There is an in-game market system where you can display your wares and view others. You do not NEED to pay for a plot. You can pay for it with the in-game currency. So far, 10/10 and it has exceeded expectations.
