Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 691/day in the week to Jul 17 → 4.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A friend bought this for me so I feel bad giving a negative review. But there is no taking a break with this game. You can't go play something else and then come back. Yes you get a plot for free, but the requirements to get enough of the currency to keep your free plot means you will be playing this almost every day for the 30 days of your plot life. I could get past the AFK crafting, the upgraded tools that actually work slower than your old tools, etc but its the fact you cant leave the game alone. I know because I didnt continue to fork over my wallet, my 30 hours I sunk into my base is just all gone. Even if I had continued to play casually I wouldve lost everything. If I wanted to restart everytime I wanted to play another game, Id choose a game that has server wipes that don't charge you for them. TL:DR If you dont play this game every day, work life or not, you will lose everything you worked for every 30 days. And that alone makes the game hard to come back to, knowing all your hard work is gone because you didnt pay.

Sehr sehr gut.
Very difficult for new players to get started. Graphically stunning game, insanely difficult for new players. Tutorials suck ass, foraging does next to nothing, killed by boars every minute and a half and no real questing. I was excited for this because it looked stunning. I'm glad it was a gift because it was a waste of money. Don't waste the time and effort. It's not a jump in with friends and learn together as you play. Buyer beware.
Pax Dei review – A beautiful but empty grindfest Pax Dei is one of those games that immediately impresses you visually. The world looks great, the atmosphere is charming, and the medieval aesthetic is genuinely well done. But once you get past the surface, the experience starts to fall apart. The biggest issue is the grind. Everything takes far too long, from gathering basic materials to progressing your village. It’s not the satisfying kind of grind either, just repetitive, slow, and not particularly rewarding. After a few hours, it stops feeling like a sandbox and starts feeling like a chore list. Then there’s the player population, or rather, the lack of it. For two days straight, I walked into a village that looked like it should be bustling with life, and found nothing. Empty buildings, no players, no activity. It genuinely felt like a ghost town, In a game built around community and cooperation, that’s a pretty big red flag. And the subscription for the plot? On a buy‑to‑play game, it feels unnecessary. You already pay to get in, and then you’re asked to pay again just to maintain your land (Unless you farm even more grace to use the plot). It’s not a great look, especially when the world itself feels deserted. To make matters worse, at the time of writing there are only 879 players worldwide. With multiple servers split across each region, you can imagine how fragmented the population is. No wonder entire villages feel abandoned. And I presume the developers will shut down the remaining servers once the playerbase dips even more. With numbers already this low, it’s hard to see them maintaining so many empty shards. Overall, Pax Dei has potential and definitely looks nice, but right now it’s held back by excessive grind, empty servers, and questionable monetization. In its current state, it’s hard to recommend.
If you dont like crafting and grinding or building or creating and and finding ingredients then this game would not be good for you
3. Contra (Was mich stört) : Der Grind / Zeitaufwand: Viele Rezepte erfordern extrem viele Wiederholungen (z.
As with many games that have subscriptions playing without it is slow and tedious. The constant need to pay currency of one for or another to maintain a single plot of land makes the game unsustainable for casual play, which is sad, it could have been an amazing and awesome game. I will continue to play it I am sure, at least till my plot expires and I have nothing to renew it with as I refuse to pay the subscription cost no matter what. My suggestion to the game devs is to provide 1 plot as standard with purchase without an expiry timer, they are small in size so there should be no harm given the small population size vs the large map size, and it would allow for casual players to enjoy the game since no land plot means no storage, basically unplayable at that point.
