About
⚠️ WARNING: This game has two parts.
The first part is a survival horror experience, inspired by classic Resident Evil style.
In the second part (New Game+), you will unlock a psychological horror mode where the 4th wall is broken, and the enemy will take control of your entire game. (Only for Hardcore horror fans.)
In this psychological horror game, you must escape a twisted asylum by fighting zombies and fixing things. As you delve deeper, the lines between the game and reality start to blur, and I am your only guide.
Strange experiments are being conducted within a mental asylum, turning patients into nightmarish creatures. You, a police officer, are sent to uncover the truth. But as you investigate, you’ll find that this journey might be your last, with horrors lurking in every shadow.
Experience a captivating story filled with twists that keep you guessing about reality until the end.
Limited space means you must pick and choose wisely. Collect only what you need, sell or trade items, and craft ammo to survive and use ribbons to save progress.
Choose your weapon carefully, ammo is limited. Shoot only when you need to. headshots are recommended.
Items, enemies, room access, clues, and passwords are procedurally generated, so you won’t feel bored in my game.
Think outside the box and uncover secrets hidden within the asylum. Solve clever puzzles to progress and survive.
Your decisions shape the world around you, leading to multiple endings. Will your choices grant you freedom?

Received this game for free at Steam Hungry Ghost Festival 2025, thank you devs I quite enjoyed the game, even though i waste 45 minutes looking for a rectangle item (turns out it was hidden under another item) but the concept are okay. RE style limited inventory so you have to manage everything as you progress along. Haven't tried the "changing game files" thingy so i can't say a lot about that, but will give it a try. What i like : - RE style inventory - The environment (no unnecessary jumpscare etc) - Back and forth but pretty straightforward gameplay What i don't like : - The aiming kinda bad so i barely get any headshot - First boss a little bit to hard because the hitbox seems pretty small and hard to hit - Spider boss get stuck in the wall Really hoping there will be an improvement for this game. Keep up the good work
Note: Received for free via Curator Connect. Thank you, developer. Overall, the game fluctuates between fine, interesting and so bad I wanted to see where it went. I can't recommend it unless you are really curious. The majority is mediocre/poor RE7 style survival horror, the last third is meta file-tinkering and flimsy excuses to reuse the same assets from before. - Presentation is often lazy. I really don't like seeing default game engine text. - When I first saw the spooky asylum in this game from the outside I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ laughed. - Bad psychological horror is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring. One part was just delivering envelopes to three doors. - This plays like a scuffed Resident Evil 7. Combat is absolutely terrible, I cheesed one boss when they got stuck and I whacked them with the knife for 30 seconds. - As I learned with Silent Hill Homecoming, jank and limited saves really don't mix well. You get very few ink ribbons to save with until a few hours in. I saw the second one about 75 minutes in! I got stuck on a chair and had to load a save, only to find out there was thankfully a checkpoint earlier so it wasn't as bad as it could've been. - Any game that uses the default stock "shock" sound immediately gets rated down. If hear any of these: https://youtu.be/QEjxSLTe5_M it puts a bad taste in my mouth. - A lot of the in-game systems (shooting, the RE4-style grid inventory, quickslots) work pretty well for a game like this. Good work! - At the end this game does some fourth-wall breaking stuff. I quite liked it. HOWEVER, if it was a better/more polished game BEFORE all the cool meta stuff, more people would've seen it. Lots of people would play some of the first 2 hours of this game, think it sucks, and drop it. I nearly did. This absolutely does not excuse the rest of the game. Making a poor game only to go "Oh gotcha we're now doing some wacky stuff, the game was supposed to be crap!" is annoying. The rest of the game should've been better, good enough to carry people's interest to this point! Marketing the game (like on the Steam page) with the meta stuff also makes it much less interesting because you know it's coming. - EVEN THEN, some of the fourth wall breaking stuff is a bit lame. The file changing stuff is neat I guess. I watched a longplay for the very last part of the game instead of finishing all the "true ending" stuff because it turned into a very long stealth section with tedious item hunts. The context for the fourth wall breaking stuff doesn't feel "mature" if that makes sense. It's the sort of thing that you'd see a kid think of, it's just silly. Other games have done this better. I feel bad giving this a thumbs down. Developer, please learn from this and make something better next time. There's some nice ideas here. Master the conventions before subverting them!

8/10. What a good surprise this has been. So low a price for a game polished and refined : I *always* look up the game updates story -has served me very well-, and after seeing many recent updates the developer made, I bought it, and so grateful I did : Not one bug in all the game, choose your keyboard layout, fov slider, etc. Good story, very good touches and context, plus some surprises and original touches. Very satisfied ! --- Disclosure and spoilers: I'm a 70 y.o. old gamer, and somewhat slow now. I use my own C.E. tables in every game so I can finish and fully enjoy them. For other old gamers, some C.E. hints if they need them. Health full is Float 120.0000. Stamina is Float 5.0000. All ammo is 4 Bytes Exact. * If the dev disagrees with this part, please comment it and I will delete ASAP ! * Thanks for a very fine game !
