Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

(Note: Pathologic 3 is a stand-alone story that can be played and understood (as much as that is possible or even necessary in this dazzling franchise) on its own. As it is a companion to Pathologic 2, with both games telling the same event from different perspectives, it is recommended that you play both these games, in whatever order you please.) The wait was long, but it did not disappoint. Ice-Pick Lodge invites you into another mesmerizing descent into the disintegration of both the town and your fragile psyche. And your downfall has never been as sweet as this one. What is the same? The phenomenal writing that draws you into this dream-like universe where the ordinary looks out-of-place while the bizarre looks mundane, the intriguing lore behind the events, and the interest blend of different game play mechanics. What is improved? Obviously the graphics: this doomed town never looked so good and full of detail, and with improved optimization at no extra cost for your precious gaming set-up. What is new? Some interesting changes have been made. For one, this time you are an actual doctor (suck it, Burakh!) who will busy himself with diagnosing the many patients this town has to offer. Based on your findings and the development (or should we say: deterioration) of the situation at hand you will also hand out decrees on how the to manage the crisis, decisions in which you will need to balance the spread of the plague with civil unrest and available resources. Finally, P3 throws proper chronology out the window and has you relive the twelve-day disaster in scrambled order, with the ability to go back to previously visited events to mend your mistakes (then again, at what cost…?). All these mechanics are great and add a freshness to the latest installment of this magnificent franchise. As for perhaps its most contested aspect, the newly implemented fast-travel, I am very much on the fence. On the one hand, P2 already had a lot of walking, collecting, and crafting, so it is refreshing that P3 ditches some of that and replaces it with new gameplay mechanics. On the other hand, since you never actually cover the distance you are traveling, you don’t get as intimately acquainted with the town as you did in the previous game, so for those who start their journey with P3 that can be a miss. Again, it is very much recommended that you play both these games. One aspect in which I do think P2 is superior is that it had a steady increase in drama which was reflected in the gameplay. If you play P3 well, you can keep both riots and contamination (fairly) under control and this paints the town in a much more tranquil and even appealing light than its predecessor. P2, on the other hand, had you descent into Hell with a town that was fast spinning out of control which culminated in a disease ridden settlement plagued by (pun intended) looting murderers and a inquisitorial military that resorts to setting people on fire in the streets in order to maintain a semblance of control. In short: P2 had a much more total and bodily form of horror whereas P3 is more contemplative and psychological. Be that as it may, it has been a crazy ride and I’m already looking forward to replaying this journey again in a few years. And I think I speak for many when I say that hopefully, by that time Ice-Pick Lodge will have given us the final path of the Changeling in Pathologic 4.

This game has a brilliant and intriguing narrative. I enjoyed working through the mystery, the time travel mechanic, and the characters. The shabnak got my cortisol levels up, but it was manageable with a little save scumming. The story is it's strongest aspect, the game captured my interest and I lose track of time until 3am several times. To say a game is 'interesting' is really the highest praise, in my book. A few critiques I think hold it back: 1) The mental state meter is a bit too needy, it would be good to slow it down a bit or widen the 'neutral' zone so it doesn't require as much constant babysitting. It adds immersion to the theme of mental instability, but as a gameplay mechanic can get irritating. 2) Yulia's road of fate trap feels bad because it locks you out of several endings as a punishment for curiosity (the game is too lengthy to replay fully just for alternate endings.) It would be good to be able to break out of this decision after experiencing its corresponding ending. 3) The final quarter of the game suffers a bit with its tedious story pacing and lots of run arounds. I'm not sure how this could get improved, perhaps some minor side characters (like bad grief) should fully resolve earlier on, so as not to detract from the critical characters & events of the ending. Narratively id give this game a 9/10, It's not a combat heavy game. There's a little bit of action, but this is primarily a dialogue-driven mystery.
levei um murro na cara
