Prices

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 24.71/day in the week to Aug 31 → 25.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In Pathogenic, you are the disease. Experience a visceral 2D roguelike twin-stick shooter where you play as a lone parasite fighting a desperate war against the immune system. Your goal is simple: infect and conquer your human host.

To survive, you must adapt. Hunt down enemy cells, rip out their organelles, and graft them onto your own body. Evolve from a simple cell into a complex engine of destruction. Create powerful, game-breaking builds and become the ultimate pathogen.

Loot, graft, and assemble your parasite from dozens of unique organelles. Combine flagella for movement, mitochondria for power, secretors for ranged attacks, and spikes for melee combat. Chain organelle effects and discover powerful synergies to build an unstoppable disease vector.

Battle a diverse roster of enemies, from basic immune cells like macrophages and T cells to rival parasites such as tapeworms or protozoa. Formidable bosses are lurking deep within the host's organs.

Collect plasmid fragments to permanently upgrade your parasite's plasmid tree between runs. Each parasite will have it's own upgrade tree allowing for a range of builds to suit your preferred playstyle.

Navigate the procedurally generated organic landscape of the human body. Travel through distinct biomes like the branching pathways of the lungs, the pulsating chambers of the heart, and the complex neural network of the brain.
Our detailed, colorful world is powered by a soft-body physics simulation, giving every cell, enemy, and projectile a uniquely satisfying organic feel. The combination of hand-crafted design and procedural generation ensures endless variety - each run offers a fresh and challenging gameplay experience.

Reviews
So far what I have played through, this game has honestly been brilliant, I advise you to get this game when you can.
I really love the simple, yet difficult nature of this game. Would I like to have checkpoints for whenever I die? Yes. Would that in fact make the game less appealing after a while. Also yes. You die you start over completely. Only way to get better is to keep trying over and over again. Slowly purchase permanent upgrades. Figure out how each enemy likes to fight, and what evolutions work better not only for your gameplay style, but for the enemies you encounter. I really have been enjoying this game, and always find myself playing 30 minutes at a time b/c that's all I can give with how many times I have to start over. Frustrating, but I'm the type of person that needs that.

Stunning, stylish, and snappy to control, Pathogenic is like if the cell stage from Spore was crossbred with geometry wars and then unleashed within an unsuspecting human body. The game may be a little stingy with the incremental upgrades, but every run feels unique in its ability to give you a new combination of weird little blasters you didnt think would work together but do. For ten dollars, this is a can't miss for anyone who likes arcade shooters or roguelikes.
好玩
재밌습니다.
fantastic game i played the demo and later found out that there was a full game, and i love it, highly recomend, and i love the bullet hell experience
this is fun.
Most runs are "feast or famine" but when you get a good run it is really fun. Music is one of the best bits of this game
+1
Very solid game. Difficult. Already easily had my money's worth even without being able to beat a single run yet, maybe 6 hours in.
