About
Return to the world of parking business! In Parking Tycoon 2: Business Simulator, you're not only building and expanding your empire — you're personally defending it from thieves. A brand-new combat system, skill progression, and hireable guards turn your parking lot into a true fortress!
As the owner of a parking business, you'll once again start with an empty plot of land — but now with even more tools to turn it into a thriving empire. Build new lots, upgrade equipment, install surveillance systems, and manage your staff — from cashiers to professional security guards.
Choose your own strategy: maximize profits, expand your territory, ensure customer safety, and dominate the industry. Investments, layout, technology — you're in full control.
The key innovation in Parking Tycoon 2: Business Simulator is its active combat system. You can now confront thieves head-on as they attempt to raid your property. Use punches, blocks, and dodges, apply tactics, and develop your character’s combat skills.
Hire guards, each with unique stats and abilities. Level them up, build your team, and make sure no criminal walks away unpunished. Security is no longer just for show — it’s a crucial part of your gameplay strategy.
Running a parking lot involves more than lines and payments. Deal with breakdowns, unstable weather, and sometimes even unexplained events. The land you’re building on still holds secrets. Explore it, unlock new zones, and discover why you were the one chosen to bring order.
Keep customer satisfaction high, optimize pricing, manage traffic flow, and build your reputation. The mix of business simulation, resource management, and action creates a unique experience where every detail matters.
🅿️ Build. Manage. Defend. Welcome to Parking Tycoon 2: Business Simulator.

After over 2 weeks from start of EA, no updates, no bug fixes, people have same issues and devs never respond. Game is laggy, bugged, frustrating sometimes. Wasted money
full of bugs another game that the devs have just released and forgot
the demo was good but the game it self is a Glitch Feast, NPC walking on houses, walls and walking in place, even the employes you hire are good for like 20 min than start glitching out the grind is stupid 4 hours in and you start seeing Tiny progress, everything is Expensive as ♥♥♥ and you make like a 1-2 grand a day/night Poorly Made game

于是我就绕着office(还不是车库)外墙摸索开关门的地方。
🔧 Erst patchen, dann parken.
I wanted to like the game but it's hard. Unlike the first one when a car is getting vandalized there is no warning you don't know it's happened until you see them running away or you have to pay that bill. It's glitchy as heck can't tell y'all how many times I've seen someone walking in circles or worse the employees are not able to get to a homeless person or trash because of uneven grounds. If they fix the problems then this game could be good but as it is right now I have to give it a negative review.
Unlocked everything in about 3 hours playtime, played another hour to try and get my monies worth and got bored running back and forth with 15 pieces of something repeatedly to decorate and improve the property. You could perhaps spend a few more hours running back and forth if you are into that. The game doesn't have much more playtime for me. Kind of a waste of money for such little playtime. Recommend you wait for more content. Other comments seem to suggest the publisher is not good about expanding game content. Maybe wait for a very good sale or pass on this.
Wow where to even start with this... The pacing of the unlocked content is terrible, the constant homeless people is absolutely annoying, the game lags even with excellent hardware, the ai customers glitch out, get stuck, and walk in circles constantly... Employees regularly glitch out and get stuck on everything including parked cars, the customization system for buildings feels absolutely awful, controls are hideous and feel like crap...
But here's the most important point...
Go to the developer's page and look at the other game ratings... Notice how they're all mixed at best?
That's because the creator repaints and rereleases this slop constantly.
In some cases a mere 9 days later, yet another slop title with "mixed" at best ratings gets dumped out. Need proof? Check out the discussions for the different games... The complaints are always the same, and the creator's lack of improvement and refinement on games already released is evident and easy to find. Do yourself a favor and hard pass.
🅿️🚗 Parking Tycoon 2 – Turning Empty Lots into Profit 💰🏢
https://youtu.be/eaJiFjK0LdM Parking Tycoon 2 puts you in charge of building and managing your own parking business. You start with a simple area and slowly expand it into a larger operation by adding more parking spaces, improving facilities, and setting prices to keep the money flowing. 📈 The main gameplay revolves around managing your lot efficiently. You organize parking areas, upgrade equipment, hire workers, and try to keep everything running smoothly while attracting more customers. The better your setup, the more your business grows. 👊 One unusual twist is that your parking lot isn’t always safe. Sometimes troublemakers show up, and you actually have to deal with them to protect your business. It adds a bit of unexpected action to an otherwise calm management simulator. ⚙️ Overall, the game mixes business management with simulation, letting you slowly build up a parking empire while keeping everything under control.
