Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Paragnosia: Museum blends anomaly-spotting with tense camera-observation gameplay. You play as Claire Ballard, an exorcist dispatched by the Cam-on-Rail Company. Your mission: monitor the museum throughout the night and neutralise any paranormal activity before it’s too late.
Every hour brings new supernatural changes, from the obvious to the very subtle. Observe carefully, compare, and identify newly appearing anomalies. At the end of every round, the system reveals how many you missed. Remember: the devil is in the details, and some anomalies can only be seen from very specific angles.
Each missed anomaly breaks one of the six locks protecting you from the evil within. Lose them all before 8:00 AM, and whatever haunts the museum will come at you. To survive and banish this entity, your vigilance is your only weapon.
Tick tock, the clock’s ticking…
Some spirits require precise actions at specific moments to be exorcised. Sharpen your observation skills, adapt your strategy, and prepare to face a terrifying anima. With up to 130 anomalies to uncover, completionists will have their work cut out for them.
The game takes place in the Duskheath Museum, a disturbing exhibition dedicated to the occult and communication with the dead. Explore ancient Egypt, pre-Columbian civilizations, cursed artifacts, funeral relics, and countless other mysterious objects steeped in dark history.
Will you uncover the truth… or become part of the exhibit?

Reviews
Well, all achievements are done, so here's my review. Ok. Gameplay: not great, not good, not horrible, it's mediocre, nothing special. Plot: Now the series added a plot, and it's not so great; it exists, and there's not much anyone can do with the "anomaly hunting" stories, either it gets bad or worse. Anomalies—some are good, some are mediocre, and a lot are bad. Like, some anomalies actually ask you to trigger them, and some actually demand you move barely into the other room just so you can trigger them, which is not good at all. The type of "spot the difference" is quite literally the difference has already happened; you must FIND it. Here, for some reason, you must trigger the change. Bugs? Ok, I don't know if it's actually a bug or not it's just something that kept happening to me, I had been trying to get a no damage run and even though I knew every single anomaly I kept getting one wrong, again, I did check every single possible anomaly every single hour but kept getting one wrong, until I gave up for the time and closed the game, when I reopened it wow, I managed to do it first try with my attention being divided with another game, so I can only say it's a bug, cuz it wasn't me missing because I wasn't focused, the game just added a mistake, like, is the dev possibly fearing someone asking refund? Probably. Anyway, I did play the demo I was kind of a beta test, although "test" is funny when they gave me access to betatest they didn't take long to release the game and "ask" me to buy it, I took a bit of time to buy it I'm not the biggest fan of anomaly games, and just bought because I was in the credits of this game.

I only completed one run and haven't finished playing yet, but I have some thoughts I want to put down already.

I don't like that the light changes throughout the night - it feels counterintuitive when anomaly games make you focus on spotting the difference. I'm also certain that the light changes throughout the entire building even in rooms with no windows or skylights nearby. If you're gonna have a dynamic day/night cycle in an anomaly game, I think the medium kind of demands that it's implemented perfectly. Otherwise it's just a source of frustration for the player.
The banishment process feels a lot more tedious in this game for some reason. It was tedious in the first game, but it was at least easy enough that I only failed maybe twice in my entire time playing. It definitely took me 6 or 7 tries in this one in just my first run, and again, that's only frustrating and not fun. I do however love the more cinematic approach at the start of the game, it does make it feel more immersive to have extra insight on why our character is here. This one so far feels more rough around the edges, but I still really like the cam-on-rails mechanic for an anomaly game. I know I mostly just complained this time but I'll hopefully have a lot more nice things to say when I finish playing and collect my thoughts!
I've completed this game a while ago, and still come back to it from time to time. After reading the review, I was not sure if it's going to be good, but somehow I managed to get more hours in this one, than the first game. There are more rooms, more anomalies to spot, more things to keep track of. The setting is executed quite well, and from all the anomalies, maybe only one or two are on the more annoying side. The performance chugged a bit, and I can see why it would frustrate people. I actually ended up tinkering, and found out that editing the boot.config file improved the gameplay, but still didn't completely fix the frame drops. If it's of any relevance, I changed the following: gfx-enable-gfx-jobs from 1 to 0 and gfx-threading-mode from 6 to 2 I'm not a programmer and I have zero knowledge of how and why that works, so don't yell at me if it breaks things. I hope the developer can read it and figure out why those values improved gameplay, at least in my experience. All in all, I had a good time with the game and I'm really excited to see that third installment was announced.
Un excellent jeu d'anomalies, meilleur que le premier qui etait déjà génial !

классная игра
Too many jumpscares and less atmospheric. Worse than Paragnosia.
