Parabellum: Siege Of Legends

A really bad attempt to make a game like Kingdom with tower defense aspects. The problem is that the devs have taken too much out of the player's control. There is constant nonsense chatter and every time it happens the screen wizzes around and you cant control it. You can only build when you are told you can and the only thing it does is make you dizzy and feel sick. Also...there are many misclick problems. You have to click in very specific areas or else the whole army doesnt do a thing AND THEY GET UNSELECTED. Meaning...if you click anything else while you are fighting....focus on army is gone. But it doesnt matter because the hero dies in a second due to the fact that the dev hasnt thought out how to move the army and hero in a way where the army is always ahead of the hero. There is no way to order them all other than a little horn to go somewhere but then the dumb hero who dies a lot....will go after them when you dont want her to. Drag and click should be an option but it isnt. If the dev makes the game more like Kingdom and less story, and allows the player to enjoy themselves I will rebuy the game and change my review. But it needs ALOT more time to cook for now. You cant upgrade anything either as far as stats go for the hero. There is constant screaming going on from 2 women also. HELP IM DYING and WE NEED MORE WORKERS. The useless story chat also consists of the player feeling like they are at home with their kids or babysitting. This is due to the fact that the MOTHER in the game...for some creepy reason.... is always being NEEDED or wanted by her grown up hero daughter. Its just insane really. There is no way to turn any of this yelling, whining, and chatter off at all. Also there is no way to make the hero just stay put and use the army to all go at once and kill on their own. But again...it doesnt matter because clicking on the screen is like shooting an apple on someone's head. I was at a full bipolar rage meter of 10.....after an hour of playing. So...there's that.

游戏有一些看起来好像很有潜力的发展、组织军队、对抗，实际上却都只打了个地基。 经济方面使用了《要塞》的基础经济逻辑，但是极度简化； 军事方面兵种较少，只有四种外加一近战英雄一远程英雄，导致军队没有太复杂的变化，就是拼火力拼人数； 对抗方面，每个兵要强制占用一格地形，不能堆叠，再加上AI很粗糙不太会主动反击（在被英雄集结的情况下），整个对抗过程呈现出一种简单的远程对射的状态；而且因为无法批量选中和快速选择单位，一切靠左键点击，实际指挥起来很混乱；至于提前设定好阵型临战变阵之类的功能更是没有； 本来在抛除了以上的粗糙设计之后还剩下一个剧情。可是剧情短得就像一个故事前情提要。看起来像是三大女主的人物登场完毕剧情也结束了。 游戏在普通难度下剧情总长度不超过二小时。 实在是从哪个方面看都属于半成品，我考虑良久实在连一个可以夸的点都没找到，最终选择了差评。 游戏画面和音效还有音乐倒是没问题。但是在上述缺点的掩盖下，实在也不能给游戏加分。 也是因为这画面让我想起了《BAD NORTH》我才购买了这个游戏。失望了。

Хорошая игра, но стоило бы ее развивать и дальше. Сюжетка короткая, буквально на часа 2. Управление неприятное. Но из плюсов могу отметить, что задумка интересная. Мультиплеер здесь может быть добавлен, это было бы неплохим дополнением для короткой сюжетки

I would rate it as 3 / 5. Nice animations etc, but very glitchy operation. Trumpet option and then when trying to attack NPC then hard and wont let you. Very small storyline though. Very small. I was hoping the North Kingdom would win. Anyways, keep up the good work guys. Not worth 7.50 dollars or so.

И да и нет, но Гемплейно то как настроена игра заставляет писать негатив, невозможно нормально переподключиться на юнита или вышку

Я думал она будет как Banner Saga и Kindom, а это кусок фикаля с не прямым управлением, с постоянными диалогами на исландском. Подобные игры я находил в браузере в далёком 2011 году
