Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 8 → 0.14/day in the week after.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Сложный и быстрый шутер. Как и предыдущие части всё отлично и драйвово.
Продолжение киберпанкового Hotline miami от вальтера машаду с небольшими изменениями в геймплее (ускоренная стрельба), неплохо

Picked up the game recently because of the title and i love it! It's fast paced, it's ruthless and it's simple! The controls remind me alot of Hotline Miami but it's just me. Personally i won't go to get all the achievements but i highly recommend it if you have a buck to spare!
Stuck at 77% I will persevere sob I persevered. I did it. Join me in my exultation.
Tight jiggle peek and prefire / don't overextend unless moving perpendicularly to enemy bullets: the game. Would give a neutral recommendation if possible, it's cool and as always with Machado's games I love the style, but it's too difficult imo. Can get to ~50% comfortably enough but the random map layouts is ultimately what decides my fate each run. Some layouts allow for comfortable enough jiggle peeking into the enemies across the map, and some let you strafe perpendicularly while mowing them all down, but others spawn you so close to those pink-faced wallhack-ridden bastards that even tightly peeking while moving away and dodging is a gamble every time, very much in the enemy's favour. Have tried getting past 60% for over 40 minutes and I'm already sick of it tbh. Gonna leave it on recommended since its hard to justify complaining about a game so cheap and maybe it's just a skill issue on my part, but idk man, the enemy reactions are a bit too fast for some of the map layouts if you ask me... Possible sure, but ♥♥♥♥ just ain't fun ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
QUICKERFLAK_RUTHLESSMOD is a construction kit copy + paste game. The "developer" used the craptastic GameMaker Studio video game construction kit, copying + pasting and arranging low quality assets and slapping them on a basic template for a 2D top down shooter, with a few tweaks and whatnot to try make it look like they're not just using a construction kit. A strong argument can be made that construction kits like GameMaker Studio should never be used to make games for profit, as the "developer", Walter Machado has done here. These construction kits are intended to teach people some of the basic principles of game development, and to make small demos to pass around with friends. They're not intended to replace to actual work of real, professional game developers. So it's inappropriate when amateurs try to use these for profit, without any actual, real game development effort taking place. This doesn't result in products that have any real meaningful value for gamers. QUICKERFLAK_RUTHLESSMOD is a prime example of this, being just a reskin/refiddling of a basic top down shooter template for Gamemaker Studio, pretty much a 1:1 copy + paste of their other asset flip tier game, QUICKERFLAK. That's right, they took their game, and changed the name, then dumped it back on Steam again to try con gamers into paying for the same game twice. It's extremely low effort and extremely low quality. The developer boasts that they didn't bother adding any content to the asset flip, it has less than 1 minutes gameplay. And they want your money for this garbage. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. Some of the defects in the game can be attributed to the choice of using the GameMaker Studio construction kit/toolset. This is a very poor quality toolset favoured by amateur developers as it's cheap and requires little in the way of development skill, but unfortunately has very limited capabilities. Just as you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, you can't make a great video game if you use a terrible engine. GameMaker Studio is most commonly used to make retro pixel shovelware and cash grabs. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 4 players. That's right, only 4. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is to be expected. Gamers just didn't take this low quality game seriously, and for good reason. QUICKERFLAK_RUTHLESSMOD is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend. Note: Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not count towards your Game Collector counts, achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
