JUEGAZO 😎👍💛🌟
Once I understood the game it became a lot more fun and absorbing. It is much better on a controller, just make sure to enable steam input if you aren't seeing the gamepad icons.
An excellent game, but it doesn't have a Spanish translation. This severely limits its audience. I hope the developers care about their audience and update it with a Spanish translation.
I didn't play long, but I like to see passionate developers get their due. This is an interesting game, but honestly- it's not great. It's more of a curiosity; a beautiful aesthetic and interesting gameplay concepts, but ultimately it feels underdeveloped and not quite as rewarding as it could be. I don't know what to add, or what's lacking; it just feels a note away from being a solid game. I'm not going to continue. I got it on deep discount; I would recommend there. If you're super into rogue likes, play with a controller (had no issues with controls, not sure everyone's problem), sit back and discover room after generating room of interesting people to help and objects to search, all while participating in what I can only describe as combat that reminds me of Grabbed by the Ghoulies.
I stumbled upon this game while searching for something similar to Lost in Random (Eternal Die) or Hades—though I’m not entirely sure why it came up. The art style immediately caught my eye, and since I enjoy the horror genre, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed to find that the game doesn’t support resolutions higher than 1080p—quite surprising for a title released in 2022. Still, I decided to push on to see if the experience might redeem itself. The opening moments were underwhelming: a slow walk along a road punctuated by a couple of cheap jump scares that didn’t really land. Once inside the mansion, the gameplay shifted to a sluggish puzzle sequence with a few more ineffective scares. A ghost appeared, but rather than being threatening or mysterious, it simply pointed in a direction and floated off—more irritating than eerie. The biggest issue, however, lies in its roguelite structure. Some reviews mentioned that after losing a boss fight, they couldn't bring themselves to repeat the 2–3 hours it took to get there. Having played for less than 20 minutes myself, I can already understand that sentiment.
Sehr schade eigentlich.
Fun game, Cool art style, great vibe.
