The Ryuusian Royal Cabal thought that the discovery and research of five new forms of magic would be the greatest undertaking of their lives. Unfortunately, they drastically underestimated the difficulties of love, mental health, family, and the occasional mad demigod.

I absolutely loved the story, just not the way it was told. Especially compared to part one. That being said I definitely recommend if you enjoy a great story combined with hella yuri! Can’t wait for book 3!
Thus far very much lives up to my expectations from the first installment.
Excellent stuff... I love how close Ash and Terra have become,, how Belinda has truly grown and how funny she is. Hek's growth is alos nice to see.. There are a few surprises to along with, depending on your choices,, a lovely moment between Sword Terra and Ash. I was surprised at the Choices for Heads and a teacher for the Mountain but Aku was funny in the meeting lol. You Must play the 1st part to get a proper understanding. All great fun and a great story..
beautiful just like the first game and just leaves you wanting more i wish there was more
Pale Spectrum has the continuation story of the 'Balanced' and 'Lost in Shadow' endings from Briliant Shadows. (The continuation of 'Balanced' ending is the main story of this VN). By already reading all of the 'Lost in Shadow' continuation stories, I think its better to find all of the main story endings first. In my opinion, 'Lost in Shadow' continuation stories potentially spoil some core informations of the main story. Amazing world building. I will update this review after finding out few more endings of main story .
I paid full price for this and I don't regret it. This is pretty much a continuation of the first game. The sequel is more spread out, taking place at three different places. It feels like we have three different VN games stiched together. This could have been much better if we could follow only one path and then swith to a different path next playthrough. Fortunately writing is still good. Great voice acting, great artwork. I loved it.
I liked it.
I played a good amount of VNs, but this one is something else. - Full narration - Great art - Poignant story - Huge branching differences If you've been playing too many mediocre VNs and forgot why you liked them in the first place: play this. It will make you remember why they can be great.
A truly unique visual story that continues on the story elements that were built up from the previous installment.
A pleasant story game.
