P-BOT

This game ticks a lot of the right boxes for me, I like the aesthetics, I like the audio, and I like the concept. I usually like games that use this concept. The one big problem, though, is that the one thing that any game that wants to do what this one is trying to NEEDS to have is good controls. Unfortunately this one does not, the controls feel feel super stiff. The controls are serviceable for the robot game mode, they still feel a bit stiff, but they're functional. However once you try to play the airplane mode it all breaks down, rolling is super slow and clunky, you basically have no control over your roll, you just hold the button and it slowly rolls left or right, this kind of gameplay needs analogue control for rolling. The airplane game mode would benefit immensely from analogue controls in general. And the fact that you can't invert the Y axis for airplane just makes it feels super weird. And, yes, I am harping a lot on the airplane mode, and that's because that was the one thing that I was interested in, I love flying games, and I love the idea of having to fly around avoiding obstacles and surviving for as long as possible, so this game looked really appealing, unfortunately controlling the airplane is not very responsive.

[b]P-bot, an addictive skill-based platformer[/b] This game is so much fun. It's highly addictive and you will keep coming back for more. There are multiple game modes, and they're still being updated and improved constantly. As of now, you have 2 game modes, the first one being delivery mode. Delivery mode is a platformer where you're a delivery robot that's flying through a futuristic city. Here you can use your abilities as a robot to make your way to the city, and make use of the environment to get as far out as possible. The second game mode is flight mode, in this game mode, you're an airplane that moves through a vast futuristic city where you need to dodge many obstacles and fly through the harshest places. Both game modes have their own leaderboard where you can see who got the farthest out into the city without crashing. It truly is a blast to see yourself go up on that leaderboard and beat your friends. This game is definitely worth your 2 bucks. The game is very extensive, though the graphics can still use improvement (which fortunately is being worked on).

A perfect game for someone who doesn't know how to quit. It's quite addicting and can be extremely fun! The game, however, is still in it's early stages. So it's not weird to see some bugs here and there. Although I'm not really a fan of difficult games myself, you do get a lot of bang for your buck. Two game modes with each having very different controls and play styles! The game has already improved loads since the first time I bought it, showing the creator really puts time and effort into this game to improve it. A good sign for games to come! The graphics are simplistic, with the background resembling a sort of synthwave style. It's easy on the eyes and not too distracting from the gameplay itself. The music in the game is relaxing, nothing too stressful or too boring. The only thing I dislike about it thus far is that when you flick the gravity switch, the jump button gets reversed to S. This is logical, but my brain can't really handle it :P. I recommend this game for people who are looking for a challenge, and want some inexpensive fun! The developer really puts his heart into his games, and definitely deserves support! Hope to see more great games from this you!

Игра P-BOT - это увлекательная и стильная головоломка, которая затягивает с первых минут. Минималистичный визуальный стиль, выполненный в черно-белой гамме, создает атмосферу таинственности и сосредоточенности. Игроку предстоит управлять маленьким роботом (тем самым P-BOT-ом) и решать различные пространственные задачи, перемещая ящики, активируя механизмы и избегая препятствий. Уровни грамотно спроектированы, их сложность возрастает постепенно, что позволяет освоиться с механикой игры без ощущения перегруженности. Оригинальные решения головоломок заставляют по-настоящему думать и искать нестандартные подходы. Механика "перемотки времени" добавляет игре глубины и позволяет исправлять ошибки, не начиная уровень заново. Несмотря на кажущуюся простоту, P-BOT предлагает интересный и захватывающий игровой опыт, который будет интересен как любителям головоломок, так и казуальным игрокам. Отлично подходит для коротких игровых сессий. Единственное, чего немного не хватает - это более разнообразного саундтрека, но это незначительный недостаток, который не портит общее впечатление от игры. Рекомендую к ознакомлению!
