A new six-degree-of-freedom shooter with intuitive controls, amazing lighting and graphics. From the creators of Descent, Overload is the best zero-gravity robot-blasting combat ever.

Almost a Clone of the game Descent. If you liked Descent you will love this! Works on Apple Silicon M3 MacBook Pro using only keys and mouse pad. Got a Steam Controller on reserve though.
If you like Decent, you will love this one with updated graphics. Fun levels and an easy recommend.
Underratted masterpiece, must-play.

Want Descent? This is Descent. With a few mildly modern additions, like an upgrade system that isn't overdone and fits the game well. A bit overblown in the gfx department imho, but once everything is dialed down visibility fine ;D Also check out the Descent First Strike mod for maximum nostalgia.
it's a very good game. I would much prefer a Descent imitation game with retro graphics. But this one isn't bad at all. I hope You make second game
It's a great new version of Descent. Great to play.
A throwback to late 90s and early 00s game design. The levels are twisting mazes, the gunplay is solid, and the design and graphics are clean and easy to read 90% of the time. The remaining 10% is the screen filling with exploding auto-ops and obscuring dangers that may lurk behind their debris clouds. I highly recommend picking the game up as it is a pure experience without being Overloaded with design bloat.
Amazing renewal of Descent. Nails that chunky, satisfying, robot-pulverizing loop they first pioneered. As a Descent fan, well done. On the other side of the ledger: In terms of the campaign level design, I wish they had pushed the format further than following the original so closely. My favorite moments were some of the more complex room and cave designs, where constant maneuver of different kinds and tactical weapon choice played a role. The level design sticks too much to claustrophobic situations, which are fun, but get repetitive with peak-and-shoot alternated with ambush/rush situations figuring largely. Having said that, the organic caves and ice caverns with the new lighting are lovely and eerie. Lots of potential for more interesting situations. Let us get lost, become disoriented, push it to the limit.
Love this game!! if you loved the original Decent this is fantastic !! Great graphics too.
