Das Spiel hat mich innerlich zerrissen: Man wird zu keinem Zeitpunkt an etwas herangeführt, es gibt kein belohnendes Geräusch, kein aktualisiertes Questlog (wenn man vom wenig hilfreichen Schiffslog absieht), kein Marker, der dir verrät, wo du als nächstes hinsollst. Outer Wilds möchte um des Entdeckens willen existieren und damit Spielende entgegen jeglicher habituierter Spielkonventionen begeistern. Und doch, so sehr ich dieses Spiel versucht habe lieben zu lernen und mehrmals die Planeten im loop erkundet habe, kommt keine Neugierde, sondern gähnende Wiederholung auf. Denn Infotafeln werden zum zigsten Mal durchgelesen, oft schwierig zu verknüpfen. Das Spiel möchte am Ende des Tages eben doch, dass man seine Rätsel löst. In einer bestimmten Reihenfolge und unter Zeitdruck, denn schon bald grüßt das tägliche Murmeltier und der Tag fängt von neuem an – alles auf Anfang, gefangen in einer Zeitschleife. Vielleicht hätte doch eine Prise wegweisen und offensichtlichere Hinweise dem Spiel gutgetan, zumindest bei meinem bzw. unserem Versuch, mit meiner Partnerin in diesem Spiel Gefallen zu finden. Wir haben uns abwechselnd den Controller gereicht, sobald ein Tag zu Ende ging. Gespielt haben wir es eher sporadisch. Vielleicht hätte es geholfen, das Spiel mit weniger Zeitabständen und vielleicht komplett alleine zu spielen. Entgegen der vielen positiven Rezensionen hat es bei uns nach 24 Stunden leider nicht „Klick“ gemacht – schade!

This game is actual perfection, I'm typically not the type to go around glazing indie games because they're indie games (I think its corny, icl) and I wont mention the fact that this game is, because it doesn't need it. This game is so peak its unreal, the music genuinely made me cry, it is beautiful stylistically and very thought provoking, if you like space (honestly even if you don't) just play OuterWilds. Its 24.99, I got it on sale even, and this is on par with my favorite games OAT.

This game is absolutely incredible and if you are scared of some of the stuff don't esitate to only spoil you what is scary so you know what to espect and you'll be able to play normaly again after. I wish there were more games like this one
