Imagine you lived in a planet the size of a neighborhood and your car was a spaceship held together with tape but most of the rest of physics still functioned the same. Would you like it?
After finishing both the base game and the dlc, i can assure you this game is something else
I genuinely don't know where to start with this game. What an absolute masterpiece and experience this has been. How do you even come up with something like this?? The amount of care and creativity in this game is mindblowing. The developers have every right to be proud of what they created, because this is something very special. At first, I thought I was getting into a standard single-player exploration game. Discover things, adapt to the environment and slowly uncover the story. But very quickly I realized that this was something so much more then that. This game has made me lose a couple hours of sleep, because I simply could not stop playing. The amount of times I just sat there staring at my screen in complete disbelief cannot be counter. So many moments where I wondered "What the **** just happened" (in a good way). So many moments I wish I could've just texted someone or share what I had discovered.... The feeling of putting pieces together, and actually finding piece of the story that are missing. Yea, no, a masterpiece. The game is not easy, and i mean that in the best possible way. It does not hold your hand and constantly guide you toward what you should do and shouldn't. Sometimes a break from the game can make you feel disoriented, but see it as a way of "reseting" your memory and seeing the things you already did with a pair of fresh new eyes. The goal is your understanding of the game, so do not get stuck forever trying to solve something you yet do not understand. Remember and move on. As someone who usually struggles with story-driven games because I hate leaving the game and coming back not remembering where the hell I was. This game cured the "lazy story-hating player" in me. It doesn't rely on you remembering where you were because you can go ahead and do whatever you want, and somewhere along that path you will say "oh yea this is what i wanted to explore more". Stay curious and just enjoy the music, the vibes, the creativity. This is probably my first time writing an honest review of a game, because this one deserves it. Once again, to the developers: Well freaking done and a big thank you. And to people wondering: Should I? Or not? Yes, you should.
I feel empty after completing it...
One of the best games I have ever played, 10/10.
Exploration and puzzle based entertaining gameplay with a nice well knit story.

amazing, discover my quantum mechanics.
THIS GAME CHANGED ME. IF YOU HAVENT PLAYED THE GAME STOP READING REVIEWS YOU WIILL RUIN IT. BUY IT AND PLAY IT. I didn't think that a video game could change the way I look around at the world, the universe, and time. Seeing the universe and time itself end felt emotional, and seeing it begin again was just as beautiful. The story, following the Nomai and trying to understand what the heck is going on here was creative in you having to track down the missing parts of your ship log. Although it wasn't guided by some person trying to tell you where to go, you were able to figure out what to do, and how to fix this problem and find what the Nomai looked for and looked up to, and be the first thing to experience the awe of the universe. I also somewhat learned what quantum physics were which was surprising coming from a video game. I feel bad i got this in the summer sale now. I just want to thank the devs and everyone who made this masterpiece.
