Fast paced and addictive. Took a while to get used to how the combat works but its really fun once I got hang of it. It feels like there's some balancing issues like some of the artifacts seems really strong compared to others But overall really enjoyable esp for the price
Good a solid auto-battler with clear rules and some interesting mechanics. Art is somewhere there. I have beat it in less than 4 hours. Totally worth it.
I liked how there were many layers to the game - variations on the squad, knowing when to use items, which skills to prioritize based on your squad composition, etc. Carefully planned positioning is merely the surface layer of what this game has to offer. I think this is a game that has more to offer the more you give it time with patience. The learning curve is indeed steep and requires active learning effort on the player with little hand-holding. This results in players having to learn by trial and error unless perusing the codex beforehand, which some players might end up doing, but not all. I look forward to future updates especially in the tutorial section to keep new players engaged and inform them upfront of all the strengths and possibilities the game has to offer.

Quick game to 100% for those looking to get more game completions. Kinda fun to play as well whilst doing so.
I'm a total noob with this game-type, not sure if it would be considered RTS or a turn-based battle RPG, but definitions and genres be damned. A very cool, relaxing, fun game, great for after a hard day of work. I liken it to playing a sort of animated chess, where I set up my positions and watch what chaos ensues. It has a FANTASTIC SOUNDTRACK and I love the character design, diverse setting and background art, best described in my mind as what the offspring of the Star Wars and Blade Runner Universes would look like if they got together and had a baby. :) Try it out! It's fun!
This is a sci-fi tactical game with a Star-Wars setting flavor. The game has an interesting tactical battle mechanics - easy to learn yet provides enough variety to play with. Some strategy is also involved: characters/units can be upgraded and player selects next location out of several variants. The graphics is probably the weakest part of it. While units on the game board look ok, the larger 2d assets and graphics are not inviting and can deter from new users to actually get to better parts of the game.
The gameplay is solid, strategy seems to be deep enough to keep you occupied for a few hours. The polish and the UI is nothing to write home about, but it doesn't really disturb the game that much. If you liked Astronarch and you're looking for something similar to go through the experience again, give this one a try. The price is rather low anyways.
Pretty fun and addicting so far. The music is nice to listen to, and there are a nice variety of heroes to recruit and play around with.
What a fun space scrapper. the crawl through the galaxy gets more intense and unique. I like being able to hop on and try a run without needing a lot of time for a great experience. Cheers to the Developers! Great work guys.
