La pase horrible

A creepy and nuanced job simulator with some friction and rough edges to the gameplay design. Overall it's worth the price of admission. The gameplay loop is nice and satisfying and the scares are genuine but repetitious once you've seen them all. The progression is really interesting and feels really unsettling to think that your daily quotas are slowly creeping up and up and up without knowing when/if they will cap. The monsters are deeply unsettling as are the sound designs and visual scares. Using the cat as a lifeline to running out of time for a given day is... a choice. Admittedly I've never let the timer run out so I have no idea what happens, maybe it turns into a monster and eats you but I don't know why your cat getting unhappy leads to your demise. Maybe I'm missing something there or maybe I'm just not a cat person. Ok, gameplay gripes now: I found that I was genuinely hitting a wall with my progression beyond day 12 and getting down into Basement B2, the flooded level. It really didn't come down to me being too scared to proceed, it was more about the harsh consequences of getting caught by a monster, you start the whole day over again which, at that point in the game could represent like 5+ full picking runs and upwards of like 15 minutes of gameplay. I felt like it was much too harsh and I felt longing for a way to save myself from getting caught by the monster. Some way to distract or manipulate the AI in a way that would let me escape would be more than welcome. Thinking like a noisemaker machine or flare from Alien: Isolation. Without those tools, you're simply scrambling and hoping for a shelf to crawl under to be nearby, which isn't always available. I actually had to turn the monster off in the settings in order to progress past B2 into the HR area even though I desperately did not want to. I find that regrettable. Nothing is perfect this one is fun while it lasts and is worth the current price for sure for a quick horror distraction.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
