Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 15 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of the best progression and map designs I've seen in a tower defense game, despite how simple it is. Each level requires a different approach, especially on Nightmare difficulty, so not one out of the 22 traps go unused. This is something that most games in the genre fail to achieve. It also has a great humor, plays smoothly and I really can't think of anything negative about it. It goes on a huge sale so often that it would be a sin not to play it for anyone interested in tower defense games, even after over a decade.
Orcs Must Die! is one of the most enjoyable tower defense games I have ever played. Having played it before, I was delighted to return to the chaotic pleasure of demolishing Orcs with traps, pushing them off ledges, burning them alive, or simply taking them down with my trusty crossbow. While Plants vs. Zombies remains my favorite tower defense game, Orcs Must Die holds a well deserved second place. From its creative trap system and satisfying combat to its charming humor and memorable protagonist, nearly every aspect of the game contributes to an entertaining and rewarding experience. The campaign embraces its silliness, and the main character's charisma makes even the most ridiculous situations enjoyable. There is something particularly satisfying about watching a carefully prepared trap setup turn an entire wave of Orcs into a spectacular disaster. Of course, the game is not without its shortcomings. Some aspects of the experience can feel repetitive, particularly when revisiting certain strategies or relying on familiar trap combinations. Even so, the core gameplay remains engaging, and the sheer variety of ways to dispatch Orcs keeps the experience entertaining. I would strongly recommend experimenting with different trap combinations rather than relying exclusively on the same setup throughout the campaign. Part of the game's appeal lies in discovering creative ways to control enemy movement, exploit the environment, and turn each level into your own personal Orc destruction laboratory. For achievement hunters, Orcs Must Die offers a relatively accessible completion experience. The achievements are of moderate difficulty, and a few YouTube guides can make the more challenging requirements considerably easier to understand. On your first playthrough, expect around 20ish hours to achieve 100% completion, depending on your familiarity with the game and how much guidance you use. As for the DLCs, I would recommend purchasing them primarily if you want to support the developers or find them at a substantial discount. They are inexpensive when on sale, but in my opinion, they do not add anything particularly essential to the experience. The base game provides more than enough entertainment on its own. Ultimately, Orcs Must Die! is a charming and highly entertaining tower defense game that combines strategic planning with satisfying action and a healthy dose of humor. Its creative traps, memorable protagonist, and wonderfully chaotic gameplay make it an experience worth revisiting, especially for fans of the genre. Rating: 7.5/10 — Very Good.
it's aged far better than it should have
its soooooo goood! its fun:]
SPELLBOOK WON'T OPEN BUG SOLUTION!!! (B key won't work) So, if your Spellbook won't work you have to go to main menu, press downloadable content (in order to open the steam store menu), close it with alt+tab (or whatever bind you have) then you can go play. I like the game. It does not feel old despite all these years (15) but.. i almost gave up because of this bug. I give it a 7.5/10.
