About
The incremental auto battler. Build an orc army, watch it fight, and make it unstoppable!
Orc Incremental puts you in command of a growing warband of dark forces. Recruit all kinds of units, set formations, draw powerful cards, and ascend for permanent power bonuses to make every run hit harder than the last. Idle progression meets real tactical decisions, and it never stops scaling.
DRAFT YOUR ARMY
Draw cards to add units and totems to your warband. Units come in multiple rarities and fill different battlefield roles, and the right mix is what gets you past the next wall. Totems provide passive bonuses that can change how your whole army performs. Every card you pick shapes your composition and pushes your run in a different direction.
SET YOUR FORMATION. LET THEM LOOSE.
Your army marches forward and fights on its own. When your strategy is working, you watch it rip through wave after wave. When you hit a wall, rethink your lineup or swap in new units.
CAST SPELLS. BREAK THROUGH.
You can support your army with spells. Drop a Blizzard to slow a boss that's tearing through your frontline, or land a Fireball at the right moment to close out a fight you were about to lose.
ASCEND. RETURN STRONGER.
At some point your army stops being enough. That's when you ascend (Dark Rebirth). Reset your run, keep permanent bonuses (for damage, health, gold, etc.) and unlock new units and challenges that weren't available before. The early game opens up as your power grows, and the later milestones keep pushing you further. Every Dark Rebirth makes you stronger and opens up new goals.

10/10, would breed an unstoppable dark army again.

Extremely addicting game right from the start.
I enjoy seeing number go up, this number go up game is good. Plus there are orcs, makes number go up game better.
Unfortunely it goes from good to decent to bad to downright boring rather quickly. It would be more accurate to call this Orc Idle as you're almost immediately encouraged to just idle the game instead of actually play it because progression is just that slow.
Awesome! Such a fun game, so satisfying to play!
Played the demo and loved it. Seems like there is a lot more to it now and it's somehow even more addicting!
Absolute banger of an incremental game. Really have had so much fun today with it and the art is beautiful too. Gameplay loop is solid and exploring builds and watching them battle is super satisfying and I've had no performance problems or bugs so really 100% recommended, will keep playing some more during this and next week!
Starts promising but quickly devolves into a dragon + rage idle game. No real build options and no new content after unlocking all units.
Once more I wish there was a third option. I'm going to add my voice to the "Not Recommended" sector on this one, mostly because of what several others have said, but with some extra details. The game is an "Auto-battle Idler" in effect, you draw random units (- to my score because oops, all grunts or all totems is a very real thing even with all units unlocked. Today's update helps some, but I'm still going to ding it, just less so.), send them out to fight the wave, loot some gold, then do it again. A super simple and easy concept, formation *does* help some, but the units lack much in the way of range, in my opinion. It feels like the enemy has you outgunned in range without significant Prestige currency, and even then I think they still outreach you, especially after wave 120 or so where they roll in half a dozen catapults and outrange your own catapults. Your spells and basic Fireball have no range limits thankfully. Upgrades scale at a blistering pace, far past what you will be able to afford, and a lot of them are *base* upgrades, so the more you buy, the worse they get, on top of the staggering costs. Once you get to a point you can't really push past, you do the normal Prestige for some currency, and the cycle begins anew. Upon Prestige, you get to choose between a few "COMMANDER" Units that replace your initial grunt with an orc that has a gimmick. This commander is fairly worthless, minus a few gimmicks, such as one that warps a unit of your choice to the backline and heals it by 30% (Which it usually loses the heal by the time it gets back to the front line...) This, combined with the way Upgrades work, I feel is the weakest part of the game, and what makes it quickly unfun. Most of the PC (Prestige Currency) Upgrades are the same "+X% Base <Stat>" upgrades. There's a few to tweak your fireball deepish in, and several to boost your gold gains (By 10% or so each, minus 1 or two mid to deep field) which, yeah, they help a little bit, but when +25% base HP ends up being +4 hp, it's far unworth the gain for the cost required. While the enemy stats don't change (A peasant always has 70 hp and 10 damage) the difference is when you go from fighting 15 of them in a way, to 140 of them. There's very, very little damage reduction and it mainly affects Trolls and Grunts. Anyone having played the first Tradewinds into the mid and late game probably know what this ends up becoming. Trials Add a little spin to the game like in others, such as your units doing 0 damage to the enemy, but your fireballs recharges and fires 4x as fast. Almost every challenge shares 2 things, however: Reach Wave/Level 60, and the reward is always x1.05 total damage for all Allied units. I expected some variety in the prize related to the challenge cleared, such as casting faster fireballs after completing the fireball challenge, but alas, no. I found no bugs, no crashes, no other oddities, but honestly, an hour or three is about all you need to 100% the game's cycle in any meaningful way. If challenges had different rewards, the scaling wasn't so bad, and each "Person" that you unlock had their "+X% base Hp" be a unique multiplier, as well as maybe half the upgrade costs and a few new bonuses across the board, I believe that would help significantly in raising this game from a "Meh, just another boring, subpar Idle game" to something better. Much like this genre, Nice Ride, continue to push upwards and onwards. I'll be watching.
